Greetings all, Anybody out there filing taxes for the US government and own rental property in Canada? What I need is a good tax person who's knowledgeble in tax laws for both countries....specifically rental properties in the Provinces/Canada. Any insight appreciated.... For any people thinking I'm a non-resident property owner/US slumlord/ bury the thought this rental is my retirement home. This note also appears in New_Hampshire and real_estate.. Thanks BB
