I just talked to my sister, she went through the catalog and
it's all non-perishables. You can get things like fruit cakes, cookies,
dried fruits, jam's etc. All of these are available in various combined
packaged forms. As far as perishables, what city in La Belle province
are we talking about. If we knew maybe then we could make some more
suggestions.

I think we are looking for meats (smoked hams, sausages, bacon,
etc.) and cheeses and flowers (FTD is REAL expensive).

What I do when I send flowers to my folks (Vancouver) or
sister (Ottawa) is I call a local (in that city) florist and use
a credit card to order the flowers. I do not know about food
stuffs, however. I do save a bunch of $$$ and the call is usually
cheap (I am in Colorado Springs; I call before 8AM).
