Yes. The load image file name for DNAS is WWENG2; for DS700 is is WWENG1.
They will not conflict.

DNAS requires 4 MB of RAM; DS700 will run in 1 MB of RAM. DS700 SW has
LAT, Telnet, TN3270, SLIP, IP, AppleTalk. DNAS has that plus PPP, Kerberos,
SecurID, RADIUS, IPX, Menus and Comand Groups.

To run DS700 SW, configure the DS700 to load WWENG1; to run DNAS configure the
DS700 to load WWENG2.

Since DNAS is a superset of DS700 (or DS90TL, or DS300) software, there is
really no bebefit to run it, unless you have less than 4 MB or RAM in your
DECserver.
