| Please advise how to explain to the custmoer, I know how to calculate
to derive the right time, but if the customer has to billing from this
data ,they have to write the script or do the programming ,right ?
Now we are proposing our Internet Solution to an ISP, we have to
be confident that we have complete solution. (the customer now 're
testing the U.S.Robotics Terminal Server and DRAS on NT)

| I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what information you are asking
for. The DRAS server timestamps the accounting data when it is
received from the NAS and written to the log file. On Windows NT, the
time is given as coordinated universal time. Since this is just raw
accounting data, yes, the customer would likely have to do some
programming or scripting to convert the information to billing data.
The only support provided by the DRAS is the ability to export
the data as a comma delimited list and many spreadsheet and database
systems will readily import data in this format.
