Hi, We are trying to downgrade DUnix (factory installed 4.0) to 3.2G on two 255/300 workstations. We are facing problems with the Graphical adapter "Power Storm" 4D40T (50T,60T ?), also identified as PBXGI-AC (AB, AA ?) documented as supported only from 4.0a. As our product (TeMIP) is available only on 3.2G (and not on 4.0 before a few months), how are our customers going to deal with that new hardware ? Is there any patch to allow to support that interface with 3.2* ? Thanks a lot for your help, Gilles Garcia - Quality Manager, SISB-Telecom Valbonne

9743.1 | You need to run Unix 4.0a or later | WRKSYS::RICHARDSON | Wed May 07 1997 17:42 | 7 | |
The 4D40T,50T,60T graphics boards are only supported for version 4.0a or later of Unix. Until the application can run on a later version of Unix than 3.2G, the customer will need to use some other graphics card. (Maybe you can sell the customer some assistance for getting the TeMIP application updated sooner?) /Charlotte |
