A strange problem accessing remote drawers on a customer site.
ALL-IN-1 3.2
Attempting to access shared drawers on one cluster from another cluster.
On command IAD, receive error 'File Cabinet Server not available on YOUNG'.
Attempting to select a remote drawer already in the file cabinet gives the
error 'Invalid authentication information received by the File Cabinet
Server'.
If a proxy exists on the remote drawer cluster then the IAD works, but
attempting to Add a drawer gives the authentication error. However if
information about a remote drawer already in the file cabinet is read
first, then subsequent Add drawer operations will work.
This was all working correctly until about a week ago. A valid distributed
sharing license exists.
