Hi Anna,
ICF 46 appears to be latest patch for the V3.1 FCS, but I don't think
this will make any difference to your problems. Having said that, you
should probably install it just so you have the latest possible code.
The ALL-IN-1 V3.2 documentation includes some updated information
regarding tuning the servers which you might want to look at - you need
to examine the number of users/drawers on the system to calculate the
figures, plus whether they are TeamLinks or VT users will make a subtle
difference.
What exactly happens when the virtual memory runs out, does the server
hang and is there anything logged ?

| Hi Kevin,
We have looked at the tuning of the server.
The process stops with Insuffient Virtual memory and the FCS has to
be restarted.
I'm sure an upgrade to 3.2 would help the customer a lot (with
everything) but they can't be rushed.
The SRV process takes but doesn't give anything back.
It just grows until it doesn't have any space to work in.
I'm sure I saw this before but it was some time ago.
My largest ALL-IN-1 site has upgraded and all their trouble
went away.
The VIRTUALPAGECNT might be low but I'm not sure.
Regards,
Anna
