2533.0. "how can I delete a form from CM menu" by VAXRIO::63079::valeria () Thu Feb 20 1997 21:58

	Hi

I needed to change the form CM_LOCK_LIB.SCP for a customer of mine.
So, I decided to do this change using customization. I was copying this form from
Base Area to Development Area when the network link cleared, so the form appears
on the development area with the status "Being created" and I cannot delete, edit or
anything else... I cannot copy the form again because it shows a message that
the form has already copied.

Is there any problem if I edit the CM$SITELOG.DAT and delete this
record ?

	Thanks,
	Valeria.

Isn't there a UL (unlock) option somewhere?

If not, you might need to update CM$SITEHIST, and perhaps CM$SDC too.

Yes, there is the option UL, but when I do this, the message
"Checking Lock status...
Element is being created" appears.

I'll try to edit these files...

Thank you,
Valeria.

Just go into CM$SITELOG and delete the reference to the element.

    <form cm$sitelog/mode=delete
