Doesn't that just about cover all combinations? This particular site is vanilla
ALL-IN-1 with WPS-PLUS.

I did log into the customer site and indeed the problem as described is
correct; I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't a case whereby the event
scheduler inadvertantly scheduled the same event twice.

At any rate the strange thing is that it appears to affect ONLY ONE user, and
it is NOT reproducable at will. I checked the user.a1cal file and it aooears to
be defined (RMS) correctly and ana/rms did NOT detect any errors. I was able to
see two entries for two events; the keys are almost identical except that the
first entry is something like:

199702061130000001997....

while the secnd entry is:

199702061130000011997....
                *

In the meantime I "fixed" the user file by deleting the extra entries and
conver/fdl to make a new a1cal file. I told the customer that currently there
isn't much we can do ubtil they upgrade to V3.1.

BTW, V3.0A is after V3.0 -> V3.01- -> V3.0A (which allows TL connections).

Thanks,

Cb.
