    See 420.35. Someone with a Pentium PC, Netscape Navigator, and a color
    display is going to need access to the ODL. If ODL only _accepted_ PDF
    (NB we don't even have to ship Acrobat Reader), they'd have that
    access. The fact that the people behind ODL are concerned only with our
    supported platforms will be of interest to historians of the computer
    industry but to no one else.

    I understand responsible engineers saying `Beta schmeta, we want
    supported prerequisites': well, now Acrobat Reader V3.0 _is_, and it
    installs its own plug-in to Netscape Navigator. The solution to our
    customers' problem is there for free.
