An HPO is a high performance organization. In this case the engineers
secretaries and CRRs do all the hiring, performance rating, training
and firing by themselves. In short we manage ourselves. We have
a manager only to keep an eye on us making sure we conformto DEC
specs... B^)

To free up disk space in your account, you can run the following
procedure to compress your NOTES$NOTEBOOK.NOTE notebook:
@SYS$MANAGER:NOTES$COMPRESS
Once you run this, then set the protection on the prior version and
delete it.
