However, when I attended one of these in Worcester about five years
ago, I was told that itv was a "members only" fair, and so in order
to attend, I had to join the group for a nominal fee. You might
    want to check this out.

I did attend the Psychic Fair last Sunday the 20th. It was free
addmission. The Fee was $14.00 for an aproximate 15 - 20 Min.
session. They also had books, crystals, etc... for sale. There
were also informational brochures that were available.

All in all I found it to be very interesting, considering the fact
that I am a novice to all of this.

I have further information to future dates/places where these
Psychic Fairs will be held. If anyone else is interested in
going to one in the near future, I would be more than happy
    to post the information.

I attended this fair, sponsored by the Psychic Connection. You did
not need to be a member to get in, but members are given a discount
    off of readings and purchases.

The fair was pretty small, about 8 readers of various types and
three booths selling mainly crystals. One of the fellows hawking
rocks I overheard telling a woman, "Place the stone here, on your
solar plexus," as he pointed to his throat. (Where did I throw that
matchbook? Ah, here it is.. EARN BIG MONEY SELLING...)

I did find a book I was looking for, so lthe trip wasn't a total
    loss.

Thanx. I was there Friday with WindFire Association. We saw Allan
crusing around. WindFire Association is present (table 73) with the
very first issue of WindFire Magazine. Please have a look at it. 8 1/2
by 11 with 40 pages for $3.00. WindFire Association publishes WindFire
Magazine completely by itself. We do the all the work including pasteup
and printing. We are willing to trade issues with other 'zines.

FYI, WindFire Association is a creation of WindFire Church, which
is a creation of WindFire Coven.

WindFire Magazine is a local networking publication for Colorado
Springs Pagans, Wiccans and New Age Philosophers. WindFire Association
is an association of people, currently primarily Wiccans, who are
working for religious freedom and progessively better understanding in
the surround religious community. We invite members of other
    communities to contribute.

We are looking for contributing writers, poets, songwriters, cooks
(recipes) and artists. We can pay for articles and artwork but haven't
set a price yet. We have very little money so far, so please be
    patient.

I went to the Colorado New Age Fair, as Mike Morgan mentioned.
I observed many interesting looking new age sorts of people, books,
crystals... and of course, I enjoyed the emotional encounters with
the various fundamentalist Christians on the street outside.

I got two readings, from two of the more highly recommended
psychics there, (Ted Andrews and Dar Emmy) and lending some
credibility to it all, they both made similar predictions that
I'd get a job offer and find a new girlfriend within three months
or so. I'll see how this turns out! :-) Did you get any
readings while you were there Mikie?

The psychic fair turns out to be an interesting way to sample
the techniques of various readers without dumping lots of money.
For me, it also turned out to be a way of running into lots of
friends I don't see all that often!

My friend, Wendy, and I, ran in to Nanci VanFleet! That was nice. I wore an
Afghani dress that's probably too weird to wear out anyplace else :-}.

I got a sample Rolfing done by Larry. What he said about my body/mind
experience was so right-on. I'm going for the full Rolfing experience. I
didn't need any other reading (besides, I had Coreen do my progression last
Monday evening! She's great...); I've been "thinking about" Rolfing for the
past two years but I know now that this is the Divine right time; anything
earlier than this would have not "taken" as well.

I found a wonderful crystal at Houston's booth; a double-term clear quartz with
a single-term wider crystal lodged right in the middle; lots of microscopic
double-terms stuck in there, too. Yum! Only $12...

Wishing this fair happened more often,
Meredith

ps - did anyone go see Linda Goodman?

I had a great time at the fair. I had my cards read by Lisa.
The reading was fairly accurate. It was slanted toward
personal growth rather than the physical universe.

Alan - I had Dar Emme read for me about 18 months ago and
she had about a 99% accuracy rating on my reading. The timing
was a little off but accuracy was good.

I also bought my daughter (age 4) her first crystal. She
    got to pick it out.

Can't wait for the next one!

The table beside WindFire's had the largest and best looking crystals
and crystal clusters I've ever seen. Some had to be carried in on
carts, probably weighed in around 75 to 100 lbs.

Mike; that was the table where Houston sold me that wonderful crystal I was
talking about! At the other end of that same row sporting a bandana headband
was Bruce Bodor of Geodona; he and Houston have a great Brazilian connection.
Houston is out-of-state; Bruce is out of Littleton (I think? somewhere
thereabouts).
