    I don't have much time and access is rapidly eroding (power has
    been cut, communications lines ripped out, cubes are being dismantled--
    here I sit on a cold concrete floor in an S.E.R. room work;ing
    on a terminal that is in here---as this site gets wiped away--the
    former UCF) but as I've seen this note I can only feel sorry for those
    in here who entertain this crap (note .0)
    
    Talligai, it's this sort of garbage that totally undermines your
    credibility.  Where's your visioning?  Where's your positive reality
    creation verbage?  
    
    Why don't you spend time talking the positives instead of giving into
    doom-and-gloom scenarios and taking the cheap hit of power you get by
    promoting this nonsense?  Do you really enjoy admonishing everyone 
    so much for their failures at being "light beings?"
    
    I enjoyed meeting you last year.  You are most physically attractive
    and kind and gentle, but I, for one, cannot go along with your 
    program.  I hope others see past whatever your bogus cause is, too.
    Appealing to the fears and angers of others is a cheap shot.  And
    that is what you continually do.  Stop it, and get into the postives.
    Recognize and acknowledge that people have the power to create a 
    positive future, and that it isn't done with garbage such as this. 
    
    
    Get behind the flowery words that you use and allow for the positive
    reality generating that is already happening.

    I find much of this really hard to believe (although I do believe that
    Bush would do just about anything to get re-elected).  However, only
    good can come from sending out love energy and focussing on creating a
    positive reality, therefore I will continue in my efforts.

I don't know how much to believe of this note but it seems like some of this 
is going on. Watching the loony tunes at the Rebublican convention scared 
the * out of me in how they were talking of dividing America and anyone who 
isn't part of this Judeo-Christian, "Traditional Family Values" crap is an 
enemy. I felt like I was watching a NASCAR rally. It made me really think of 
what these people could do if we let them.

    I agree that it takes courage to enter such a note.  And I remember
    the anger and disbelief I felt when the S.F. police officers
    were acquitted and the riots began a few months ago.  I do believe
    that what is stated in .0 is possible.  I have already begun sending Love
    and rosy light to those who could orchestrate such occurrences.

         THe problem is that this sort of crap doesn't just disappear
    in a ball of pink light.  
    
          Reality is an external manifestation of what is going on 
    *INDIVIDUALLY* within each one of us...and if we haven't processed
    our shadow, blockages, negative scripts, negative contracts, broken
    (dissolved) our dark law, replaced our dark shield with a light
    shield, then nothing will happen that will change much.  
          There are two poles at work...one is the negative that needs
    "fixing," the other is the positive that needs amplification.
    Talligai's notes always talk about the light, but only do so
    as a counter to the "dark," but never really give us a clue as to
    how to overcome the dark.
        
        Talligai, and anyone else who will find it to obtain time,
    maybe you can start by reading note 358 in depth.   There are lots
    of suggestions in there on how to change the inner being, without
    staring at lights all day long.

Use whatever visualization you wish...the LOVE Ray is a beautiful Flame. 
The reason I chose it is because that is the biggest lesson and the primary
lesson on this PLANET.....UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!

That is why your planet is 2/3's water...because Unconditional Love is
connected to the emotions and the clearing of the emotional body of the
planet as well as the emotional bodies of the individuals on it.

So, as I stated, use whatever visualization you wish...in the end result
humanity and your planet will be happy that you took the time to help.

	IMO, the basenote contains some of the most paranoid rubbish
	that I've seen in quite awhile.  It's filled with logical
	inconsistencies and scientific falsehoods. (TV's on Metenarc
	may radiate ELF when they're turned off, but those on Earth
	certainly do not.)   It sounds more like the mysterious speaker
	at the UFO convention (an unimpeachable source, I'm sure) needed
	to get a refill on his prescription for lithium...

	It might make good copy for the National Enquirer, though.

    from past and present world events. And not very tough to predict 
    the near future from whats going on now. Not that I think any of

    Please keep in mind that personal attacks, odious comparisons,
    "fighting words" etc. are not allowed in this conference.  The
    rational/scientific mode of argument is not required in this conference
    but a minimum level of good manners is.  Attack (or better yet, argue
    with politely) the idea not the person -- and thinly disguised attacks
    on the person via implication (e.g., an implication that the idea could
    only be produced by a disordered mind) fools no one.

    Moderators hat off:

    Far from showing any intellectual prowess, ad hominim arguments are an
    easy course for those without the ability to muster a rational, well
    expressed argument.  When someone relies on such arguments, I (and I am
    far from alone) take it as evidence (though not proof -- since some
    smart people are intellectually lazy) of poor intellectual attainments.
    The only people impressed are those who are unable to distinguish
    name-calling from logic.  I have much more respect for someone who
    can marshal a well-formulated description of their ideas, however
    "crazy", than someone who resorts to cheap shots to support an idea
    however much I agree with it (after all, they may have come by their
    beliefs out of crypto-religious fervor or through a simple lack of
    imagination).

    I wrote this, let me emphasize, knowing full well that I lay myself
    open to charges of practicing what I preach against.  I can only
    respond by describing my intent -- which is *not* to challenge the
    intellect of anyone, but to try to raise the tone of this conference by
    encouraging people (of all flavors of belief) to think about the
    impression of someone is given when they use a particular mode of argument.

    This type of things happen "only" in America because we have people who
    are free to express their beliefs in full comfort that their beliefs,
    while shared by few or none, are protected by our laws. 
    
    Let me also remind you that your own countries have people calling
    themselves Druids attiring themselves in ancient looking garb and 
    worshipping in Stonehenge and people practicing Macumba (or whatever
    the Brazilian version of Voodoo is). Let he who is free from sin cast
    the first stone.
    
    America is also the land that gave birth to the company you are
    presently employed by. Creativity, in all its forms is encouraged

    I doubt it.  But, our news reporting is different, so that may keep the
    exposure down elsewhere.  Remember, Europe is the place with (most 
    of?) the crop circles.  Same class of stuff as .0.
    
    And (not trying to sound nationalistic) the US does tend to encourage
    and support this stuff more (an opinion, not knowing enough about the
    U.K. and Europe to really judge).  Also, countries like Yugoslavia, and
    others with restrictive regimes, are more likely to institutionalize
    the vocal ones than more open governments (thats a hard statement
    to make; with all the changes, perhaps we will be hearing more out of
    places like Russia soon).

    Perhaps if you look at the basenote as the writings of *one* person,
    entered here by *one* person it will be easier for you and others to
    resist generalizations. I can assure you, most of us who read the 
    "red alert" did not rush to arm ourselves, I doubt if many took it
    seriously. 
    
    Your statements as to the "responsibility" that rests of America,
    reminds me of the "white man's burden" argument of some time ago
    (please note I am not trying to make this a racist discussion, I am
    merely using it as an analogy), which developed into something no
    one envisioned and few liked at the end. 
    
    America certainly has accomplished many things. It is because we are
    the quintessential heterogeneous society, made up of as many different
    peoples, ideas and personalities as are found on our planet. It is,
    though, no more than a large nation. Our politicians certainly would
    like to believe that is enough to qualify us to be world rulers or
    whatever, but most of our people would like nothing better than to
    just get on with our lives. Much like, I bet, people of Brazil, the
    UK and the rest of the world. 
    
    Due to our comparative wealth, we are duty bound, *just like all other 
    developed countries* to help out those who need it, but this is not
    unique to the US. Because of our size, probably more news of us
    reaches you than vice versa, but I'd be willing to bet, there are
    tabloid papers in your country that contain stories at least as 
    outlandish as the basenote. From the UK, I know of the News of the 
    World, and that in no way makes me generalize about the British, one
    of whom happens to be my husband. We are neither better nor worse than
    any other peoples on Earth. In fact, because we are made up of the
    other peoples, we are exactly the product of their mixture.

    One can't help but remark that Medjugorie in Yugoslavia has
    received apparition after apparition for years and years... all 
    pleading for peace... some warning of the destruction that comes from 
    hatred and war.  Surely the almighty cannot be blamed when warnings
    fall upon deaf ears.  How much of the starvation in Somalia is due to
    political reasons?  How much of it comes .. not from natural disaster
    but from (once again) the hatred and uncaring of men?
    
    And who, Marcos... are the "special envoys" that are sent to help 
    America?  Weren't the children of Medjugorie special envoys?
    
    I'll bet there are people just as special in Somalia... but if they are
    killed or disdained... is that the fault of the Almighty?
    
    Hasn't Great Britian received miracle after miracle in the form of
    crop circles?  

    Look..... I guess the point I'm trying to make is that whether we are
    faced with genuine disasters or imaginary ones... the solutions to our
    problems (as a planet) doesn't lie in hating or resenting each other
    but in loving each other or at the very least caring about each other.
    Wars begin when we raise our personal resentments to the tribal level.
    World peace begins when we choose not to hurt each other.
    
    I don't mean to preach or to come across as an ugly American ... take 
    it for what it's worth.

    I'd prefer not to let polluting messages like .0 in my subconscious.
    Don't give it any energy at all.  This makes tabloid TV look healthy.
    All the paranoid conspiracies revealed as one.. race wars, Nazis,
    UFO's and Government collaboration, on and on..
    
    Though they did miss the one where the govt. recalls all the money 
    and replacing it with pink, devalued money that would be the only legal 
    tender.  This has been about to happen for 20 years.

    Well I'm afraid that I too find the base note to be rather rambling,
    inconsistent and totally paranoid. I notice that most American paranoid
    stuff seems to have a common theme,"They will take the guns away from the
    common people." Usually the NRA have a hand in that, but this time I
    think that the whole thing is too far out for them.

    All in all I will lose absolutely no sleep on this one.

    BTW Mary, your comments on the "Miracles of corn circles". First they
    are almost certainly the work of man, well we know that one set of
    circles were made by man and then examined by an "expert" and
    pronounced to be genuine. I also think that the farmers who have large
    tracts of their crops flattened find them particularly miraculous.

    humour like mine, who is distributing it, and is currently rolling

    No. Flattened wheat is not picked up as easily by a combined harvester
    as standing wheat. This means that some of the crop is lost. Thus the
    farmers find crop circles a bit of a nuisance.

    Went back and reread your note from last year.  I found it interesting
    and plausible then.  Even more so now in relation to this string.
    
    At the time you wrote the note, the only problem I had with it was that
    some of your words were insulting to Talligai, but the basic theory
    of your note was one worth considering.  I've met Talligai and I truly
    feel she is sincere in who she believes she is.  I like her whether she is
    a walk-in or not.

    crop "circles."  The precision and complexity of the current "circles" 
    (which are no longer circles, but rather appear to be symbols and in
    some cases resemble hieroglyphics) makes it hard to believe that they 
    are a hoax.  In particular, the detail of the one from the mandelbrodt 
    set was nothing short of astonishing.

    I said that, as it was possible for them to be made and fool the self
    styled experts, then it was impossible to tell hoaxes from any other
    form of circle. Now the simplest explanation is that they are all
    manmade. This requires no UFOs, strange unknown forces, weird weather
    patterns. As I said boring, but far more likely.

    On the contrary as they become more elaborate the chances of them
    being a natural phenomenon go down and the chances of them being a hoax
    goes up.

    Than what's to study?  Write them all off as hoaxes and forget about
    them, Jamie.

    Ignore them for a few years, giving them no publicity and see if they
    no longer happen. I think that if the hoax was getting no publicity
    then they would tend to stop. 

    BTW strange markings have a habit of appearing on a lot of the
    buildings in Amsterdam. This nearly always happens during the night and
    no one is ever seen doing it. We call this Graffiti.

	I don't think that many people in here believe that crop circles are
NATURAL phenomenon anyway,thst'd the point. Your point stating that increasing
complexity lends itself away from the "natural phenomem" solution would also
IMO lend towards the idea that something EXTRAordinary is happening.

	I don't see why you are trying to stir the pot about the two old guys
again, I don't really seriously expect people to believe they account for all
occurrences - nor that similar old guys account for all the others! Increasing
complexity, IMO, lends support to a view against mortal hoaxes too, I for one
would have neither the patience nor the skill to accurately flatten crops into
an exact Mandelbrot set - I think I'd rather go down the pub.

	BTW - I propose that the "RED ALERT!!!!" portion of the topic title be
amended to "BLUSH SLIGHT CONCERN!!!"

    Just because I don't attack people who call themselves walk-ins
    doesn't mean I  believe everything I read, (not speaking for everyone
    here). You seem to imply that we have to believe all or nothing. There
    are many levels of credulity and skepticism, as well as levels of
    truth. One may not be a... walk-in, let's say, but be sincerely
    convinced one is. That is a far cry from fraud. I don't feel the need
    to do something about that, except if I feel their delusion is causing
    harm to others. This in no way reflects whether I think Talligai is
    really walk-in or not. In my opinion, it does not matter what she is or
    isn't, it does not figure sufficiently in my reality to be important.I
    don't rule it out, however, there are many things we take for granted
    today that would have seemed impossible and ridiculous years ago. 
    
    I don't know what your religious beliefs are, but would either of you
    have belived Christ in His day? Or even today?

    Actually there is an interesting point about that reply of mine. I made
    two suggestions, the first implied that someone was having a big joke
    at our expense, the second had overtone of paranoia about it, "them"
    testing us to see how much we will believe. It was very interesting to
    note that all the reactions were to the second one. It would appear
    that paranoia attracts in here.

    My religious beliefs work like this. Most organized religions are for
    the benefit of those who sit at the top, and are basically parasitic by
    nature. Down through recorded history religion has been the root cause
    of many wars, killings and much torture. Even as you read this, people
    are suffering and dying horrible deaths all in the name of religion. 

    I personally have no use for any organized religion. If there is a god
    and he requires me to do something, I assume that it is within his
    power to communicate this fact to me without using the medium of a
    religion.

    Well Cliff it is not exactly jumping to conclusions. It is more a
    process on considered logical thought. At the advanced age of 50 I have
    lived through many "end of the world" claims. The Jehovah's Witnesses
    have them regularly and at reasonably short intervals.

    Next point is, today is the 27th of August. Stage 1 should have been
    completed and Stage 2 should now be under way. I feel sure that some
    mention of this upheaval would have been mentioned on CNN.

    Stage 3 assumes that the UN is going to pour troops into the USA. Now
    you will notice how long it took them to get round to thinking about
    sending UN troops in to protect aid convoys in what used to be
    Yugoslavia. They have been dithering for months yet Stage 3 has them
    in in days. Think for the moment of the logistical question of getting
    them there. How long did it take to just move all the troops onto the
    Gulf? The time frame sat there is really not viable.

    Stage 4 with the aliens landing strains the credulity.

    Stage 5 Has the stock market crash. What stock market? It would have
    ceased trading through the shut down of communications in the earlier
    stages.

    Stage 6, the assassination of Bush and his replacement by Quayle is only an
    option. Did they tell Bush about it?

    So I'm afraid that I can find no reason to become alarmed, as the thing
    comes across as a badly flawed hoax.

    Meanwhile you, Cliff, jumped to the conclusion that the rest of us had
    not considered it fully before passing an opinion.

    I will not discuss the truth or not of whether Talligai is exactly wht
    she claims to be. I do want to state that when ever she puts something
    in here that is controversial or considered extremely farfetched or
    silly, then major arguments over the content and even over her
    faculties tend to ensue. The thought occured to me that if she is what
    she claims to be, then perhaps this is all a test and some or all of us
    are filing miserably or passing with flying colors. Who is passing or
    failing is not a call I'm going to make. It could be either camp or
    both or wishy-washy in-betweeners like myself.

    Mary, I don't know why some people judge others based on what they say
    or even what they believe. People have been doing it since there were
    people and probably always will. I've been guilty of it and suspect
    that I will be again before it's all over. I'm trying not to, as I
    suspect many of us are working at this. It's difficult and I can
    understand why some people feel they must do this. Some messages are so
    very much against anything they feel that they can rationally accept,
    that they lump the messenger in with the message. Also, when the
    messenger supports or condones the message, then they are open for
    judgement.  Sad, but true.
    
    All I was trying to say was that we may be being judged, and Jim, I
    don't like it any more than you do. This was just an interesting 
    (To me anyway) thought that came into my head while reading this and
    the Welcome Talligai string. It is a possibility, but then again,

    The local FEMA head has certain powers during an emergency
    that superceed local authorities' powers so that FEMA can
    coordinate relief efforts. The mayor is probably quite busy
    trying to salvage his own house and coordinating releif efforts
    in his own area, probably under FEMAs direction.

    I'd like to get back on the subject of the very first entry made by
    Talligai on the New World Order. I'd like to make note that I do not
    believe in the LOVE AND PINK LIGHT; however, the New World Order has
    been around for 20 years and if you really think about the issues of
    the world today and read up on some material, you may think twice about
    believing. I had written up a acticle in the notes file Reason. Please
    do read it. The title is called "The New World Order." 
    
    The best way for self-fullfillment is to research this New World Order
    yourself through the library, book stores, and people. It's actually
    scary. 
    
    I am now reading a book on a writer that believes in socialize and is
    writing all positive things about the New World Order. I've heard many
    negative things than good but I thought that it is always good to get
    the positive as well as negative feelings from individuals.
    
    This is very interesting reading material. Take the time out and add
    entry: Rusure::Reason.
    
    I do have another article if any one is interested in me posting it
    here.
    
    Its funny but now that I do know some information about the New World
    Order you begin to notice alot more things. For example: There is a
    this table here with all sorts of electronic software literature for
    the taking. I noticed this one piece of literature and its in big
    letter "The Bill of Rights" so, of course, I read it. Well, it takes
    abouts font companies having some rights and then in another section
    there is an article of the amendaments and socialism. 
    
    The next time President Bush is on TV listen carefully because he has

    Again the best references are books. In my opinion the newspaper and
    the media are controlled.
    
    On CNN the other night, the author of "Power House" was being
    interviewed on her book. Calls were pouring in and she would not answer
    one question that did not relate to her book. She just finished
    researching the whitehouse, etc. (New World Order)and I found it to be
     weird that she was smiling and saying to the audience I do not know that 
    answer or I never heard of that person, etc. It was very frustrating not 
    being able to get a straight answer from her.
    
    Many people are turned off by the way some people present their material 
    like in 1714.0. and that's why I say the best way to self-fullfillment
    is to research material yourself and there are lots of books on this
    issue from many professionals in universities, military, government
    officials, ex politicians, and even priest.
    
    I do not like to try and convince people to believe any of this. Take

 The Aliens through the CBN now control 6 or more cable channels in

 The conspiracy decided to play the CBN card, beginning in mid August
subliminal messages where added to CBN broadcasting. These subliminal
messages are causing dreams among the viewers. In these dreams a person is
rescued from a ship representing the sinking earth by a man representing
himself as Christ, often the date Oct 28th is embedded in the dream.

 Our scientists discovered that 1 out of every 100 frames on CBN carries a
"mental frame" from this dream. Frames are randomly distributed and mixed
with the signal so as to be almost undetectable. Advanced mathematical
technics are required to recover the messages digitally, but the sub
conscious mind will easily distinguish them and act on them. In this case
replaying them as a vivid dream.

 More on the reason for these subliminal messages later, but first more
on the plans which have already taken place. 

THE DECEIVED.

 Please remember that those working for CBN sincerely believe they are doing
the will of God. The Alien takeover was so careful orchestrated that even
the most sincere where deceived.

purified cocaine! If not for the PET scan we would not even have known it

 We still don't know what it did to us, we can only guess it was yet
another part of the scheme to gain control of our planet.

NEW PLAGUE OR HOAX?

 In August a new part of the contingency plan greeted us. We where told that
an undetectable form of AIDS had emerged. According to the files the
conspirators will soon announce that this new highly contagious form of AIDS
already has spread through 20% of the population. Testing of the entire
population will be ordered with the national guard sent in wearing
biological warfare suits to round up all those infected. In reality this is
just a ruse. All those who pose a threat to the Aliens will turn out to be
"infected". The Aliens hope that in the state of panic no one will question
the roundup and executions. Nor will any one come to the defense of the
infected lest they themselves become infected. The files indicate September
or early October as possible dates.

THE "RAPTURE"

 Earlier we described dreams caused by the subliminal messages now being
played over CBN. Now we will reveal the true intention of these subliminal
messages. Without the rioting and violence first hoped for, the Aliens no
longer have the army needed. Instead they will try another approach to gain
an army of easily brainwashed "true believers". On the days leading up to Oct
28th a final set of subliminal messages is to be sent out. These will cause
dreams instructing people to stand outside with arms raised awaiting the
Rapture. There will be no rapture rather the victims will find themselves
abducted by 'Greys' from Zeta Reticuli posing as angels. The victims will be
taken to underground bases (heaven) for further brainwashing.  

 The victims are to be told that assistance is needed in the great battle
against the forces of darkness. Once sufficiently brainwashed they will be
armed by the 'Greys' with weapons of tremendous power (imagine a handgun
that fires thermonuclear tipped bullets at targets miles away).

THE NAZI'S RETURN TO POWER

 Over the past month as previously predicted the Nazi party began to
resurface. Germany was torn apart by Nazi instigated hate crusades. But we
in America are not immune, using the funds of the CBN the 'Greys' created
front groups for the American Nazi's. After some investigation we discovered
that some of the highest leaders in Oregon's OCA are actually German Nazi's
brought to this country after WWII. The Nazi's are using groups like the OCA
to stir hatred against intellectuals (the new Jew), homosexuals, and blacks
just as they did in Nazi germany. The Nazi's tactic is like that of a
magician who distracts your attention with one hand while the other performs
the trick.  

WHAT IS THE OTHER HAND DOING?

 After Oct 28th America will be in chaos, having been rocked by two earth
shaking events. First we will have been narrowly saved from a "plague",
actually a plot to remove all free thinkers and "subversives". Only weeks
later the "rapture" will happen. While America is still in confusion the
Nazi's will come out of hiding to whip up hatred against intellectuals, free
thinkers and any other convient targets. Then the conspirators revert to the
original plan, as described by Michael Younger:

the 'Greys' will use the victims of the fake rapture to assist the Nazi's.
Earth will fall under the tirany of Nazi's controlling an army of

or  less  totally  infiltrated  the  United  States  government   in
many of the most key and sensitive positions.
 
    This  Awareness  indicates  that  they  also  were   used   in   and
given  jobs  within  many   of   the   corporations   owned   by   the
Rockefellers,   including   Atlantic   Richfield.    This    Awareness
indicates  that  it  was  through   Atlantic   Richfield   that   much
of  the   mind   control   programs   were   implemented   and   used.
 
    This  Awareness indicates that you also recall   the   work   of
Dr.  Bielek  in  time  travel  which  was   funded   by   Nazi   gold,
after World War II  and  up  into  the  '70s,  and  this  time  travel
project  with  Dr.  Bielek  and   others   was   a   Nazi   controlled
project,  which  allowed  them   to   have   many   new   technologies

      this Doctor,  working  with  300  elite  scientists  on  these
      projects, developed a  certain  drug  that  could  be  used  on
      children, whereby severe pain  and  torture,  where  the  child
      would  normally  black  out,  and   become   unconscious,   the
      doctor could  administer  or  inject  the  drug  and  it  would
      keep  the  child  from  blacking  out,  and  thus  the   doctor
      could then inflict greater pain, going far beyond the thresh-
      old  of  human  endurance,  which  in  turn  would  allow   the
      mind of the child to become totally wiped out, a  total  blank
      so that the child forgot identity,  forgot  personal  identity,
      forgot even how to add or subtract or  carry  on  conversation.
 
                Mind-Controlled Children Used as Sex Slaves
       The  child  would  need  to   be   totally   programmed   from
      the beginning,  starting  from  a  blank  consciousness.  This
      technique of  brainwashing  or  mind  control  allowed  them
      to  create  whatever  kind  of   person   they   wanted.   They
      created many  of  these  children  to  become  sex  slaves  for
      their  own  kind,  and  those  children  then  became  used  by
      others for as long as they  were  wanted,  to  be  disposed  of
      when the entity was  tired  of  them  or  finished  with  them.
 
       This Awareness indicates  that  according  to  this  entity's
      tape, the  being  responsible  for  distributing  the  children
      among  various  Nazis  for  sex  use  was  named  Larry   King,
      not the Larry  King  of  the  television  and  talk-show  host,
      but a  younger  man,  a  different  person,  who  would  barter
      in human  souls  and  sell  these  children  to  men  for  sex
      purposes, for parties or  for  whatever,  allowing  them  total
      ownership of  the  child  as  though  the  child  were  simply
      an object.
 
    The entities were  free  to  destroy  the  child  or  to  keep
the child.  This Awareness indicates that some of the children
were used for satanic purposes  according  to  the  tape.  They
were used for satanic rituals which in  some  of  the  rituals
included being  skinned  alive  and  having  the  heart  pulled
out of the child while the child is still living.
 
    This  Awareness  indicates  that   the   entity   Larry King
would sell  these  children,  making  huge  amounts  of  money
for these  various  purposes,  and  if  the  children  did  not
work out,  they  were  simply  disposed  of.  In  many  cases,
if they were brought back  to  be  disposed  of,  they  would
be sent to the  Atlantic  Richfield  complex  in  New  Jersey
and  the  complex  would  work  with  the  children  to   try
to salvage them.

    If this did not work they were simply taken out  into  the
back area and shot and put  into  a  trench  which  had  been
dug  by  a  bulldozer  and  the  bulldozer  would  then  move

inform others  about  the  possible  plan  and  its  possible
effects,  it best  to  let  them  know  about  it   before   the
events begin to happen, rather than after.
 
    This Awareness  indicates  that  essentially,  there  is  in  sense
a reality  to  this  that  needs  to  be  attended.  There  is also
a  feeling  of  unreality  which  would   suggest   that   the
events  may  never  transpire as planned. It appears the difference.
may lie  in  whether  enough  people  find  out  about  the plan ahead
of  time,  as  it  seems  the  plan  may  never  be  carried out if
it  is  perceived  by  those  planners  that  there  are  to many  who
already  know  about  the  plan  before  it   gets   started.
 
           Groups who Particularly Need Contacting
 
    This   Awareness   suggests   that   people   who    would    be.
receptive  to  such   information   would   be   Jewish   leaders,
and  people   of   the   Jewish   faith,   celebrities   of   Jewish
background;  also   blacks   and   black   leaders,   for   all   of
these entities could help spread the information to defuse its potential.
Also,  those  entities  of  a  military   background,   especially
those  who   fought   in   World   War   II   against   the   Nazis;
such  entities  would  be   appalled   to   discover   there   were
still  Nazis  active  in  this  country  actively   pursuing   their
conquest dreams.

    This  Awareness indicates there  is  seen  other areas   of
the  tape   that   the  entity   Mike   Younger   discussed; this
related  to  what  is  termed   the   "Milk   Carton   Kids," the
disappearing  children of  this   nation   whose   faces   appear
on  milk  cartons.  This  Awareness   indicates   that   has  in
the  past  mentioned  that  some  of  these  children   have  been
abducted   by   UFOS.   This   Awareness indicates at according to
this tape,  and  this  appears  to  have  some  legitimacy many  of
these  chudren  have   been   abducted   by   Nazis   and it speaks
in particular of a  program  by  these  entities  which is directed
toward  mind   control,   whereby   Joseph   Mengele, the  Nazi
doctor  that   worked   most   closely   with Adolf Hitler, was not
yet dead as reports have indicated that the reports were verified
by  certain  Zionists and that the Zionists themselves were part
of   the  conspiracy to hide  the  fact that Mengele was stil alive
and operating a mind control program in Florida.
 
    The   Jews,   of   course,   do   not   know about this; that
there  must  be   some   understanding   that Zionism is not
equated   to   Judaism.   The   Jews   of  course have suffered
enormously   at   the   hands   of   Nazis. This Awareness  has
indicated  previously  that  Zionism  helped  to  set up Hitler
in  Nazi   Germany,   to   bring   about the Nazi Germany of
the  thirties  and  forties  and  that  Judaism was not part of
this  other  than  that  they  became the scape-goats for the
Nazi pograms.
 
    This  Awareness  indicates  that   there   are   certain entities
who   were   of   Zionist   background   that   helped   to cover
the  lie  that  Joseph  Mengele  had  died  and  that  his remains
had  been  found  and  tested  and  believed  to  be   true,  while
in  fact  the  real  Dr.  Mengele  was  still  operating  a mind
control center in Florida, which specialized in manipulating the minds
of children.
 
"Children  Forced  Beyond  Pain  Threshold by  Evil  Nazi  Drug"
 
    This  Awareness  indicates  that   the   idea   of   dealing   with
children   fascinated   the   Nazis   because   their   minds   were
already  easily  controlled  and   easier   to   alter   than   were
adults.  Plus,  they  had  the  ability   to   control   them   with
greater  ease  because  of  size,  and  also  they  had  the   ability
to  use  a  mind-controlled  child  according  to   the   way   they
wished.
 
Mike Younger, speaking of this, told  of  how  he  and  his  lawyer
had infiltrated  the  Nazi  groups  and  had  gone  to  the  New
Jersey  Atlantic  Richfield  complex  to  a  meeting  of   Nazis
and throughout the day  they  kept  hearing  intermittent  shots.
They did  not  know  what  those  shots  were  until  they  were
taken to another place  overlooking  the  site  of  the  complex
and they saw the children  being  taken  out,  forced  to  kneel
down by the trench and  shot  in  the  back  of  the  head  with
..22 pistols.  After three or four would be  shot,  the  bulldozer
would  move  forward  a  few  feet,  covering  them,  and   then
the process  woul d  begin  again.  Each  time  a  few  would  be
shot and fall into the trench,  and  the  bulldozer  would  move
dirt over them.
 
          Videotape of Atrocities Shown at UFO Meeting
 
    The  entity,  speaking  to  a   group   of   approximately 200
or so people in Arcadia,  explained  all  of  this;  the  lawyer
who had accompanied him became so frightened of the story and of
the events that he decided himself not to talk in person, the next
day when he was scheduled to speak, but instead to present a video
tape.
 
    He  was  convinced  that  if  he  showed  up  there,  he   would
be killed.  This man, being Jewish; the Jewish attorney decided that he
would be  killed  if  he  showed  up  there  and thus, left instead a
video-tape  describing  this  incident  and the treatment of the
children who had disappeared.
 
    The term "milk carton kids" was a derogative term used as a joke
by  these  Nazis  because  they  never  returned and they thought this
was  a  rather  funny  way  of  describing the kids.  The fact that
their pictures were put on milk  cartons did not help the children,
but  the  Nazis  did  believe it showed some kind of effort by the
society,  which  had  been lacking previously.
 
     They did not admire the fact that an effort was being made to
locate the children, but they  thought  it  was  a  joke to have their
faces plastered on milk cartons, when they would never be seen again.
 
           A Nightmare from Childhood Come Back to Haunt Us
 
    This Awareness indicates  that  for  those  who  do  not  recall
the atrocities of World  Way  II,  these  things  may  seem  un-
believable.  For those who  were  around  during  World  War  II,
these things may  seem  all too  real,  much  like  a  nightmare
from childhood that comes back to haunt you.
 
    This Awareness indicates that  the  effort  of  this  entity  to
get this information out has essentially guaranteed that unless somehow
he  can  escape  beforehand,  that  he  will  not only be killed,
along with his family and associates, but that he will probably be
tortured also.  It is not a light matter.
 
    This Awareness indicates that according  to  the  entity,  even
those who have done far less, but who  are  perceived  as  being
potential threats to the New  World  Order  of  the  Nazi  plan;
these too will be killed along with their families.  The idea  is
to leave no one to complain.
 
    The  plan  would  eliminate  any  patriot  or  any  person   who
might object to whatever is in the  plan.  This  Awareness  ind-
icates that the plan calls for completely destroying all
who hint at or are remotely perceived  to  be  a  resistance  or
problem, now or in the future.  This leaves a great many Americans
as victims.
 
              Flea or Fight.  That is the Question
 
    The concern is whether to flee or to fight.  You  have  a  choice.
Can you  retreat?  Can  you  hide  and  survive?  Can  you  look
innocent while they search your  home  to  see  what  you  read,
to find out  what  your  philosophies  are,  to  find  out  what
kind of behavior you exhibit?  Can  you  be  assured  that  they
have  not  already  compiled  a  record  on  you  for  what  you
purchase and  read  from  the  supermarkets  or  from  what  you
receive in the mail.
 
    There is no way you can be certain that they do not already
have your name on the list.  The problem with fleeing is  that
you are constantly trying to find a way to survive in a hostile
world.  If  you  manage  to  survive  by  following  somehow  a
pattern of life that showed you to be a complete dullard,
a totally harmless person, you would  still  eventually  reach
the point, the place where you would be required  to  take  the
Mark of the Beast, to be implanted and used as a slave.
 
    Your quality of life  may  become  worse  than  death  itself.
In becoming a slave you might  find  yourself  being  injected
with drugs until you are a drug  addict  and  then  told  you
must work 16 hours a day in order  to  get  your  next  'fix',
and thus you work yourself to death for  the  Nazis,  so  that
they might have more of what  gives  them  pleasure  in  their
sadistic and satanic dreams.
 
    This Awareness indicates that the alternative to running is
 to be aggressive, to fight.  But to fight with nothing to fight
 with, as one individual;  what  can  you  do?  This  Awareness
 indicates that there is very little that any individual can do
 when it comes to fighting an army.
 
        United Nations Troops are Butchers not Saviors
 
    This Awareness wishes to discuss briefly the nature of  the
United  Nations  armies.  That  during  the  presentation  in
Arcadia, a film was shown in which the United Nations armies
were brought into  a  West  African  nation  to  bring  peace.
They encountered several hundred civilians and thus, opened
fire on them with  machine  guns  and  rifles.  Vividly  shown
in the film was one lady carrying her child.  The head  of  the
child suddenly exploded as a .30  caliber  machine  gun  bullet
blew it open like  it  was  a  watermelon,  and  then  another
bullet struck the mother and she fell down.
 
    The  masses,  the   several   hundred   women   and   children
eventually were all slaughtered by the United Nations troops who
had  come  to  bring  peace,  and  they  joked  and laughed about
their job and  how  they  had  completed  that and now must get on
and find others.  The  film  itself  had been brought back to be
put  on  television  to  alert  the masses but no station would
allow it  to  be  shown,  and  thus,  the film was presented at
this meeting  and  was  made  available for individuals to purchase,
but  such  does  not  allow  the  masses to  know  what  really
occurs  with  these  mercenary United Nations  troops  who  are
basically  working  for  the  (( ** garbled ** ))
 
         "No! I will not be intimidated!"
 
       "GATHERING STORM" SCENARIO IS UPDATED

  FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:
  Awareness, this sounds an awful lot like the Gathering
  Storm information with some added characters.  It
  basically is, isn't it, just updated 16 years?
 
  COSMIC AWARENESS
    This is in the affirmative.  It has simply brought the
  focus into a deeper level.  This Awareness indicates tliat
  It could not conceivably have given all of this prior to
  the release of the Gathering Storm information and the
  release of information pertaining to UFOS.  It can only
  give entities a certain amount of information, according
  to what they have adjusted to, or have become accustomed
  to it their level of acceptance.
 
This Awareness indicates that  if  you  think  the  United
Nations troops  are  reluctant  warriors  only  trying  to  bring
peace, you should perhaps  order  this  film  and  think  again.
 
This Awareness  indicates  that  It  does  not  wish  to  unduly
frighten entities or to create unnecessary  alarm.  It  is  simply
telling  you  that  the  plan  was  exposed  at  a  UFO  convention
in  Arcadia,  California.  There  were  several  hundred   people
present.  When someone asked: "Does George Bush know he's a

"He does now! He  knows  that  his  Vice  President  is  behind  it."
 
This  was  implying  that  because  the  information  had   been
made  public,  George  Bush  surely  would  find  out  within   a
short time what  was  in  store  for  hhn.  The  effect  of  this
warning  would  either  cause  George  Bush  to  work   all   the
more hard to bring  off  this  One  World  Order  prior  to  March,
so that there would be no  need  for  his  assassination  to  get
it happening,-  or  it  would   cause   him   to   do   something
desperate to perhaps lose the  election  or  escape  the  situation
or  throw  a  monkey-wrench  into  the  plan  so   that   nothing
of the sort could occur.
 
 This Awareness indicates only time will tell what
 happens  in  that  regard.  This  Awareness  indicates  that  the
 telling  of  this  information  by  this  entity  Mike   Younger,
 is  assurance  of  an  attempt  by  these  forces  to  kill   the
 entity.  The more it  is  repeated  by  masses  of  people,  the
 less danger to the entity.
 
                   1.6 Million Nazis Now in the United States
 
           The  entity  may  survrive  if  enough   people   spread   the
        information  far  and  wide  to  the  point  where  those  involved
        in this plan do  not  know  whether  their  chances  for  success
        have  been  damaged  by  the  spread  and   exposition   of   the
        plan.  If  it  has  been  exposed  in  great  magnitude  to   the
        maws  and  too   many   people   know,   then   those   who   are
        involved; incidentally, there is a total of  about  1.6  million
        Nazis in the  United  States,  and  if  these  entities  who  are
        obviously in the  minority  have  their  plan  exposed  in  great
        number,  then  the  situation  may  reverse  and  frighten  those
        who  are  working  on  the  plan  enough  that  they   back   off
        and wait for another time.

           This  Awareness  indicates  that  indeed,  if   the   entities
        herein  present:  the  Interpreter,  the  editor  and  Vikki  T.
        should by any chance  in  the  near  future  cease  to  function;
        if  the  publications  cease  to  be  mailed  out,  you  can  bet
        your  booty  that  it  was  because  this  message  exposing  the
        Nazis  in  this  country;  helping  to  spread  this  information
        was the cause of their demise.
           This   Awareness   suggests   that   anyone   who   has   Nazi
        background,  who  thinks  they   can   destroy   these   entities
        without it being  obvious  may  find  that  it  backfires  on  them
        and that the  Nazi  party  will  be  even  more  exposed  at  the

        ation  to  black  and  Jewish  leaders  and  to  individuals  and
        celebrities and  to  the  local  police  forces.  This  Awareness
        suggests that the distribution of  this  information  to  intell-
        igence  agencies  would  be  futile  and  detrimental  in   that
        many of these entities  are  part  of  the  Nazi  party  and  are
        envolved in the Nazi party.
 
    Can you  imagine  what  such  a  message  would  do  to  ent-
    ities who have not  previously  even  heard  of  such  conspir-
    acies  as  UFO's  or  the  things  discussed  in  the  Gathering
    Storm? This Awareness  indicates  that  it  is  very  difficult
    to separate all of this into separate topics,  to  discuss  the
    UFO's without discussing the rest,  but  it  is  also  necessary
    so  that  entities  can  devour  what  they  are   capable   of
    devouring at the time. They may then later become capable of

    This  Awareness  indicates  that  the  more  this  message  can
be spread to  alert  the  masses,  the  greater  the  chance  of

ness indicates the  entity  Mike  Younger  also  indicated  that
there were further efforts on their part to  prevent  this  plan
from  being  carried  out.  the  people  whom  he   works   with
have been  working  to  expose  George  Bush  in  his  Iran/Contra
connections  and  his  dealings  with  his  brother  in  illegal
operations in Japan, in hopes  that  these  things  will  event-
ually  cause  enough  people  to  question  him  and  not   vote
for him.
 
    This  Awareness  indicates  of  course,   this   may   be   too
late.  The elections may even  be  called  off.  Therefore,  this
may not  be  the  way.  It  may  not  be  that  if  the  United
Nations forces  are  on the  soil  and  the  fake  invasion  has
already  been   pronounced,   that   the   people   would   care
about such incidents.
 
    This  Awareness  indicates  therefore, their efforts   may
be futile.  One  thing  mentioned  on  the  tape  was  that  the
people  should  write  their  Congresspeople.  That  in  writing
to Congress, the staff receives the letters, and the staff could
learn what's going on, and  that  they  may  indeed  quit  their
job or start publishing information on their  own,  as  occurred
in the past  when  Dr.  Beter  asked  the  people  to  write  to
their Congressmen.

    This Awareness  indicates  that  it  appears  this  entity  was
connected to  the  group  that  supplied  Dr.  Beter  with  much
of his information.  That there  are  quite  a  number  of  these
entities working  to  try  to  bring  intelligence  agents  over
to the good side and  trying  to  bring  military  leaders  over
to the good side, and that there are quite a  few  people  (this
in reference to great numbers of people), within the
intelligence  and  military  groups  who  know  what  is   going
on, and who simply  don't  like  it,  and  that  these  entities
are preparing their  own  plans  to  counter  this  plan  if  it

    So, entities  should  not  think  that  they  are  alone.  This

    sure I do.  So curious it scares me at times.  Tracey and I were in Fla
    last week..{with my kids!}....we were on a gulf coast beach thurs eve
    and were talking about aliens etc...then we were looking at the sky. 
    We both saw two definate triangles of stars...She felt it was a door,
    and said she was feeling vibrations...My mom told me when I was a young
    child that My children and myself would see the rapture.  I remember
    when I was young also some nuns visited my house and told my mom I had
    exceptional {powers?}.....After the trials of the past 2 years I am
    learning {trying hard}, to just enjoy the days, be good, etc....I
    rarely listen to people "preaching", but, the inquisitive person I am,
    well.....I'm reading these, eh?
    
    The mind is such a powerful tool

    My question is why the level of paranoia that we see.
    
    All three postings .0, .125 and .127(I think) make wild claims and show
    clear evidence of paranoic delusion. Give NO supporting evidance for
    the claims at all, and yet still people buy into it.

    Guess it wasn't random violence then... it must have been planned.. an
    organized effort.

    I don't think anyone believes anything about aliens meeting with Perot
    or Clinton -- that's entertainment, pure and simple.  Although I'm 
    curious as to how tabloids stay in business -- other than buying one as 
    a gag (lead article "I Was Bigfoot's Love Slave), I never waste my $$ on 
    them, although they make nice supermarket line reading :-)
    
    As to who is spreading these stories and why, good question, Mary.  If
    it's to spread fear, seems to me the plots are too poor and too poorly
    developed to be believed by just about anyone.
    
    Your latest entry makes it look like the work of some super right wing

     You don't know that, Steve.  That's really jumping to a conclusion.
     Many people post things that they find interesting for a lot of
     reasons... that doesn't mean that they believe everything they post.
     Of course, I'm not saying whether Talligai actually *believes* it or
     not.. only she can tell that... and the other's all indicated some
     skepticism about it.

    I suspect that it's really jumping to conclusions to assume that
    everyone who posts something believes in what they posted, Steve...
    people have a lot of reasons for posting things... some of them
    deliberately post stuff just to provoke controversy.. other's just
    find it interesting.
    
    I don't know... I'm sure there are a lot of gullible people out
    there...but I personally wouldn't make too many assumptions about 
    how this stuff is received.

    It's not that many people believe in this type of message, it's
    that they are critical of the government and many of the cover
    ups that have taken place.  When a note like .0 comes out, there
    is a bit of history in it.  
    
    Other than that, many people like light, different, reading.  It's
    sort of a fiction release.  
    
    But in .0, many things can come true and many of those things are
    actually being observed now with Pat Robinson's speach, the skin
    heads, etc.  
    
    People who are into "new age" (term sort of takes everything 
    metaphysical into consideration) have believed that this way of
    thinking will start another witch hunt.  As it is, the government
    is out for the holistic approach to healing and raids have been
    done on stores/distribution places.

    Actually there were right wing extremist attacks in one European
    country, Germany and a hostel for refugees was burnt. The attacks
    occurred in several German cities, mainly in former East Germany.

    Currently Germany has the most liberal refugee entry laws and given the
    large number of refugees coming in from former Communist countries the
    system is being overloaded. Add to this the massive rise in
    unemployment in former East Germany and you may see the reason for the
    riots. The local people do not like being poor while their government
    lavishes money of refugees.

Hmmmm... I get inspired to find out more when I repeatedly find references to
my favourite music from people here more knowledgeable than I (especially in
Biblical areas)...

I was recently reminded  of a "Fields of the Nephilim" song when there was 
discussion about "this dying age...", and have been reminded of CURRENT93
material with reference to the "rapture" and destruction of the Earth,
especially from a track entitled "Thunder Perfect Mind I" which has a heading

Folks....I just pulled this off the net. It perhaps explains the "Chain Letter"
that I sent out asking help for. The "Cosmic Awareness" is allegedly an entity
which channels itself through a person living in Washington State. 

It states that we are soon to be launched into the NWO. In defense of this 
channelling I will say that ... in San Diego(?) or San Francisco
 a GOP headquarters was burned down to the ground.  Johnny Law is saying 
that it was ACT UP....possible. As well during the LA riots, the men who 
clubbed the blond truck driver that they hauled out of his truck were not
residents of that neighborhood. A woman saw them delivered there from the back
of a truck that was driven by 2 men in black ski masks. And just why did the
LA cops stand idly by while so much of that city burned? Did you notice the
precise block-by-blcok burning of buildings? Do you honestly think that
enraged rioters...especially uneducated ones...could plan that out so 
systematically that the buildings would burst into flames yet there was no one
there? YOU DECIDE!

Surprise" posting that I introduced onto the Net in the early

     It will occur slowly over long periods of time.  It appear this will
be triggered in part during this latter part of July, while Earth passes
through the photon belt.

     ED's Note: In issue 92-11, which was in the works to be mailed to
you next, but was interrupted for the enclosed hot line special issue on
the Photon belt.  Essentially, those dire predictions by "Hatonn" and
others that Earth would experience 5 days of total  darkness, no
electricity etc. as a result, is not true but more of the typical cosmic
gas passed by the 'spiritual' enities such as the 'space brothers'.  We
are entering the photon belt, but it is long term thing leading up to the
change in 2010 when Earth enters into a 4th density vibration.

as we can. The urgency awareness outlines in the enclosed newsletter is
self explanatory and we hope you will all bear with us.


    THE NAZI INFO BY MIKE YOUNGER; HOW VALID IS IT?

    QUESTION:
    We just listened to a tape from a UFO convention July 4th
    in Arcadia,  California,  where  the  speaker,  Mike  Younger,
    astounded the crowd  with  incredible  information  on  the  Nazi
    agenda here in the  United  States.  I'd  like  to  ask  Awareness:
    roughly, what percentage of  this  information  on  that  tape
    is valid?

    COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness  indicates  that  there  is  so  much  information
on the tape and it is presented  in  so  many  different  ways,  it
is difficult to answer in regards to validity.  In part it is hypo-
thetical information.  It is the expose of a plan.  In  a  sense,
the plan is of that which is relatively accurate.  The entities  in
discovering the plan took great pains and  risked  their  lives
to discover parts of that plan and the plan itself  as  interpreted
by  these  entities  appears  to  be  approximately  80%  accurate.
Whether the plan will be carried out is still another question.
This Awareness indicates that  the  fact  that  someone  has  a
plan does not mean the plan will  occur;  It  suggests  that  there
is some potential of approximately one-third chance, of the plan
being carried out.  This  Awareness  indicates  that  the
one-third  chance  is  approximately  what  most   entities   could
expect in a betting situation that was favorable  to  the  bettor.
In other words, if you had one-third chance of winning, in a bet-
ting situation, your odds would be relatively good.

    This  Awareness indicates a one-third chance of winning,   a
one-third chance of this plan  being  carried  out  are  relatively
high odds  considering  the  magnitude  of  the  plan,  and  there-
fore,  It  does  not  wish  to  underplay  or  under-emphasize  the
situation by putting a one-third chance of success on such a plan.

    This  Awareness  indicates  that  other  aspects  of  the  tape
refer to other areas,  many  of  these  being  questionable,  many
of these being totally correct.  There  are  many  things  that
are given on the tape; the  question  of  each  statement  and  its
percentage  of  accuracy  would  be  impossible  to  answer without
going over each line individually.

    This  Awareness  indicates  that  there  does  appear  to   be
some  error  in  some  of  the  statements  and  some  accuracy
in some of the statements, but in  the  general  direction,  it
appears  that  the  tape  has  exposed  a  dastardly  plan which
has energy behind  it,  wherein  there  are  forces  which  are
trying to bring this  plan  about,  and  wherein  these  forces
believe the plan can be carried out.
    Unless  there  is  something  that   occurs   which   persuades
these entities to withdraw efforts  from  their  plan,  it  appears
there will an  attempt  to  carry  out  the  plan. This  Aware-
ness indicates that as  previously  suggested,  the  likelihood
of  the  plan  being  implemented  is  approximately   one-third.
The chance of it being totally carried  out  in  full  is  even
less, yet, this may occur if no one does  any  thing  to  stop
the plan from being carried out.
    This  Awareness  indicates  there  are  some  entities  even
now  working  to  prevent  this  from  happening.  They  are   at
present in a weaker  position  than  those  who  would  cause
the plan to  occur.  This  Awareness  indicates  that  it  appears
that rather than  concern  oneself  with  the  probability  or
possibility of the pIan occurring,  it  would  be  better  for
entities to watch for signs, and this is fortunately,  available,
and  if  certain  things  come  about,  it  would  indicate   the
plan is in motion, and if these events transpire along certain lines,
it would imply the plan was working.

       Brain-Washing Public this July for Civil War in  August

    This Awareness indicates that  in  a  brief  overview  of  this
plan, the plan calls for the month  of  July  to  be  that  which
prepares entities  for  civil  war.  Perhaps  that  term  is  too
strong.  The plan  calls  for  entities  to  become  polarized  so
that they can be  used  for  social  conflict  during  the  month
of  August.  The  polarization  during  July  would  come about
through  statements  such  as  those   released   by   the rap
singer, "Sister Solj"  who,  in  her  music,  or  rap  lyrics
instructed blacks to kill white policemen.
    This  Awareness  indicates  that  this  of  course  was  chall-
enged  by  many  and,  most  notably,  by   the   candidate   for
President,  Clinton,  who  stated  that  he  did  not  think  such
lyrics  were  healthy  for  society  and  that  she   should   be
censored or should not  state  such  things  and  that  the  pub-
lishers  of  her  music  should  know  better  than  to  put  out
such statements.

Recent  L.A.  Riots  a  Test  Case  Orchestrated  by  Conspirators

    This led to a  controversy  between  Jesse  Jackson  and  Clinton
over  the  question  of  such  censorship  or  allowing  entities
to say  such  things.  This  Awareness  indicates  in  effect  it
brought  more   attention   to   her   statement   about   blacks
killing white policemen, and  it  helped  to  set  some  polarity
in the minds of entities, be they black or white.
    This  Awareness  indicates  that  in  other  words, it was  a
way  of  subliminally  preparing  entities  for   conflict   that
might be  further  developed  down  the  line.  This  Awareness
indicates that the plan  calls  for  this  kind  of  polarization
to  be  influenced  during  July  and  for  August  to   become
the month in which riots break  out  in  the  cities, and  these
will be  artificially  created  to  start  the  more  spontaneous
reactions  from  Blacks  and  Chicanos,   Latinos   and   Whites,
so that each of several  selected  cities  will  begin  to  burn,
much like the Los Angeles riots in May.
    This  Awareness  indicates  that  some  of  the  events  in  Los
Angeles  were  exacerbated  by  Special   Forces   sent   in   to
ignite  more  violence  and  to  set  off  incendiary  bombs   to
create  more  destruction,  to  see  if  they  can  control   the
level  of  destruction  and  violence  to  heighten  the   degree
of conflict and still not be detected.

More Riots  Planned  for  New  York  and  Other  Cities  in  August

    This Awareness indicates that  the  plan  calls  for  riots  in
New  York,   Atlanta,   Miami,   Chicago,   and   several   other
large cities; that  the  riots  would  be  triggered  by  Special
Forces  troops  masquerading  as  police   officers,   who   come
into an area  and  shoot  Blacks  or  Latinos  and  then  certain
other  Special  Forces  troops  masquerading  as   gang   leaders
or reacting Blacks  who  come  back  and  begin  firing  at  real
police officers, so that the  police  community  is  then
brought in to  quell  the  violence  and  Special  Forces  troops
would  then  begin  more   fights  against   these   real   police
officers, until it is necessary to bring in  the  National  Guard,
Then UN Troups are called in when the National Guard comes in, the
Special Forces troups in disguise as gang leaders will begin
firing on National Guard troups and try to get the gangs to do
so also. This then will become the excuse to call in United
Nations troups into the cities of the country.

            Operation "Hot August Night" Begins

    This Awareness indicates that all of this is to take place
in August over a period of a few days under the code name
"Hot August Night,." This Awareness indicates that once the
United Nations troops are brought in there will have already been
signed Executive Orders that give them the power to do whatever is
necessary to bring about peace. It gives them the power to enter
homes without any permission from the home owners, to take things from
the homes, and gives them the power to arrest or to shoot anyone who
they perceive as resisting.  It gives them the power to do whatever
they wish and no power in the nation has any power over them, neither
the courts nor the local police, nor the army.

    They are the highest power in the nation at that time.
The plan calls for these United Nations troops to infiltrate
from one city to another, going through homes and taking
printing presses and other electronic and manual devices
that might be used for duplicating information.  They can
take any and all electronic equipment from homes such
as VCRS, televisions, radios, but will focus mostly on
anything that can duplicate any information so that ind-
ividuals are not able to send messages, broadcast through
printing or electronic means, any kind of message to others,
FAX machines will be taken.
    This Awareness indicates the purpose of this is to shut
down any communication in this country by individuals, except
through those means that are controlled by the invading and
government powers, wherein messages can be controlled and censored.

      UN Troops to go After "Patriots" for Extermination

    The plan calls for the invading UN troops to have a list of
all individuals who might be perceived as dangerous to the plan,
who might be perceived as a potential future threat to the One
World Government or New World Order, and that such persons and
anyone related to or associated with such persons to be taken,
either shot on the spot or taken to concentration camps around
the country of which there are 13, whereby they would be then kept
in the concentration camp until further disposal.

         In September: UN Troops to Confiscate all Guns

    This  Awareness   indicates   that   the   concentration   camps
essentially  would  be  forms   of   extermination   camps.   This
Awareness  indicates  that  according  to  this  plan,  the  month
of  September  of  1992  would  be   the   time   in   which   the
United  Nations  Forces  would   be   rounding   up   people   and
intimidating  the  masses.  They  would  be   trying   to   gather
all  the  guns  from  homes,  and  would  show  through  films  and
television, entities being shot in  their  homes  for  not  giving
up  their  guns  or  for  resisting  the  United  Nations  troops.

           A Fake Alien Invasion Scheduled for October

    The  intention  of  showing  such  films  would  be  to  intim-
idate  entities  into  total  compliance  when  asked  for  weapons
and  when  invaded  in  their  homes  by  these   United   Nations
Troops.  This  Awareness  indicates  that   throughout   September
the  troops  would  move  from  city  to  city  and   locate   and
pick up  individuals  on  the  list  and  then  in  October  there
would  be  this  event  that  would  be  televised  worldwide   in
which  UFO's  would  be  seen  as  invading  and   threatening   an
invasion of the Earth so that around the world people would  hear
of  and  see  pictures  of  a  fake   UFO   invasion.

    The  invasion   would   be   fake.   This   Awareness   suggests
that  sometime  ago  It  indicated  if  a   UFO   invasion   comes
in '92 or '93, it will be fake.  If it comes later, in '96 or  '97,
it will be real.  This  Awareness  indicates  that  this  invasion
for October  in  the  plan  would  be  a  fake  invasion  to  per-
suade the rest of the  world  that  they  must  all  get  involved
in the New World Order  in  order  for  the  Earth  to  be  capable
of fighting off the invading extraterrestrials.

          Bush to Remain President Regardless of Election

    This  Awareness  indicates  that  once  the  nation   is   taken
over, the  plan  calls  for  the  incumbent  president  to  remain
in office, even if the election  needs  to  be  canceled  or  man-
ipulated to make it appear he won through the vote-counting
manipulations that are available.


    If  you  recall,  Dr.  Beter  once  explained  that  the   vote-
counting  machines  are  controlled  by  a  New  Jersey   gambling
organization,   an   organization   that   attends   to   gambling
machines  which  is  owned   by   the   Rockefellers,   and   the
vote-counting  machines  can  change  the  votes   to   assure   a
victory for  any  candidate,  thus,  this  plan  calls  for  Bush
to  win  the  election,  by  one  means  or  another,  or,  if  in
extreme conditions, the elections would be canceled due to national
emergency.

               Stock Market to Crash in December

    If  this  does  not  assure  the  One   World   Government   or
New World Order  its  place,  the  plan  calls  for  a December
crash  of  the  stock  market  to  drop  down  to  1500  points,
which  creates  a  severe  depression   throughout   the   land,
brings people to  their  knees,  and  leaves  them  asking  for
protection and help from any source possible.

          A Plan to Assassinate Bush in February, 1993

    Therefore,  the  UN  troops  being  still  with in  the  streets
of every city,  would  be  there  for  protection  against  pot-

ential rioters and  would  also  be  there  to  assure  that  no
individuals  get  together  to  start  any  kind   of   backlash
against the  government,  and  the  plan  would  also  call  for
a possible event  in  February  or  March  of  '93  whereby  the
president  would  be   assassinated   and   Dan   Quayle   would
become the new President.

                  Quayle to Scrap Constitution

    The  plan  also  calls  for  Dan  Quayle   then   to   implement
all of  the  Executive  Orders  and  turn  the  country  into  a
totalitarian  nation,  as  totalitarian  as  was  Nazi   Germany
or Soviet Russia in its worst era.

    This Awareness indicates it then would  begin  a  time   in
this nation where the Constitution  itself  would  be  scrapped
and all guns and weapons would be taken  from  the  people and
all rights  of  assemblage,  those  rights  guaranteed  by the
Constitution, would  be  denied,  and  police  rule  without
trial would be the order of the day.

             1998 'Mark of the Beast' is Implemented

    This  Awareness   indicates   that   eventually,   individuals
would  be  assigned  certain  jobs  under  slave   conditions. The
year 1998 would become a  significant  date  for  it  is the sum of
3 times  666.  It  would  be  the  year  in  which all entities would
be required to have the  number  or  mark that identifies them
individually in the nation so that  they can  be  tracked  and  found,
located,  and  can  not  escape from any effort by those in power to
find them. This  number  would  be  either  through  an  implant   or
some similar type of mark that could  electronically  be  used
to locate them.  It is not simply a tattoo.  It would  be  something
designed to identify them so that a ship flying  overhead or a
satellite flying overhead could notify  authorities as to one's
whereabouts.

            In Year 2000 "Fourth Reich" Begins its Reign

    This Awareness indicates that the year 2000  would  be the
official birth date of the  beginning  of  the  thousand  year
reign of the  4th  Reich,  the  dream  of  Nazi  Germany  that
they would  rule the  world.  This  Awareness  indicates  that
this plan relates to the plan of Adolf Hitler in his desire to
create a New World  Order  in  which  the  Third  Reich  would
gain control of the world and turn it over to the aliens,  the
Zeta Reticuli.

    The plan calls for this to occur on the  date  of  January  1,
in the year  2000,  and  the  4th  Reich  would  then  receive
certain benefits in that New World  Order  controlled  by  the
alien invaders,  the  Zeta  Reticuli  and  the  Reptoids  from
Draco.  This  Awareness  indicates  that  as  the  months  pass
entities can judge for  themselves  whether  this  Hot  August
Night occurs, whether there are riots in  the  cities  during
such times, and  can  generally  watch  the  progress  of  the
plan come down, if indeed it is in the works and is effective.

    This Awareness  indicates  in  the present month, entities
can watch for further signs of  the  subliminal  polarization
that maybe in  the  making  which  most  likely  will  gain
momentum   after   the   Democratic   convention   when   the
Democratic  convention  does  not  take  so  much   attention.
    This Awareness indicates that  even  in  the  Democratic  con-
vention there may be some polarizations that are influenced.

    If Any of these Events Occur, Prepare to Run or Fight

    This Awareness indicates that if  entities  see  these  things
occurring, and especially, those who have  reason  to  believe
their name may be on the list, it would be  imperative  that
they get  out  of  the  country  immediately,  before  or by the
time the  troops have  set  foot  in  this  country,  or
that they recognize they are most likely  doomed  for  con-
centration camps  and  extermination,  or  that  they  must
defend themselves one way or another.


           Hiding in Hills and Mountains Won't Save you

    In terms of defending  themselves,  the  plan  calls  for
Special forces to be trained in  mountain  warfare.  The places
in the mountains that are perceived to  be  likely hiding places
for patriots have been  marked  and  troops are ready to invade
those mountainous places and regions to track down any patriots who
seek  to  escape  in  the mountains.
    This Awareness indicates that there are  satellites  that
pass overhead on a regular basis.  Entities fighting in remote
areas must know the times these satellites pass  over  in
order to avoid being detected, because these  satellites
can pick up the presence of a human,  even  in  the  most
remote areas, and such  information  would  be  used  for
tracking down those who seek to escape.
    This Awareness indicates that entities have  no  need  to
 believe this will occur, or to believe it will not occur. They
 can simply watch events and if they see the events trans-
 piring, they will know what is happening.  If  the  events
 do not transpire,  they  will  know  that  something  has
 either defused the plan or that the plan was never  init-
 iated to begin with.

         HOW DID NAZIS GET INTO POWER IN THE U.S.?

   Hitler and Aliens Build Underground City in Antarctica

FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:

    Would Awareness give sort  of  an  overview  on  how  the
Nazis, which most people thought  were virtually  elim-
inated at the end  of  World  War  II,  how  they  became
so powerful and so  secretively  behind  the  scenes  and
unknown to the public, to reach  their  numbers  as  they
have now and the  power  to  implement  such  a  program?

COSMIC AWARENESS:

    This Awareness indicates that this information given in
the tape as that which covers most  of  this,  the  basic
material.  Thats information being  that  which  has  been
generally withheld from the public, yet it is available in
bits and pieces in obscure books and writings.

    This Awareness indicates that the entity giving the infor-
nation on the tape will be more or less paraphrased and this
Awareness will evaluate or comment on his appraisal.

    This Awareness indicates It needs to move back in time.
That in as early as 1928, there were extraterrestrials who
had made contact with  humans  on  Earth.  That  in  1936
the Germans, including Adolf Hitler, made contact with
entities from  Shamballa  in  Tibet  and  Western  China, and
met with these people who are  referred  to  as  Cave People.
They are the underground people whom Richard Shaver refers to
in his writings.

    Some of these people are of  the  Dero  type,  but  there
were others who are of a more human type of being, and
these Shamballan priests had contact with both the Deros
and through the Deros, with the Zeta Reticuli Greys, and
these entities allowed a meeting to  take  place  between
high Nazi officials and the Reticuli Greys in the year 1936.

    This Awareness indicates that the meeting led to an agree-
ment whereby the Nazis received certain technology from the Greys
in response to Nazi endeavors  and  efforts  to bring about a New
World  Order  which  could  be  given over to the Greys when the
time was completed to allow the Greys to have possession of the
Earth with a certain portion retained by the Nazis.

    This Awareness indicates this was Hitler's motivation for
world conquest and his means for gaining technology from
the extraterrestrials.  Thus, in 1938, the first so-called flying
saucers were built by Nazi Germany.  These were propeller driven.
Later models were propulsion, and eventually, anti-gravity or
non-motorized craft were developed.  These by 1952.

        Nazi UFOs Go To Mars and the Moon in the 1940's

    This Awareness indicates that in 1943, the area in Antarctica
with the help of alien technology had been developed to where an
entire city was built with warm running water and lighting and
complete facilities for comfortable living.  The city was called
New Schwabenland.  This Awareness indicates that this was completed
by 1943 and the Nazis were well aware than even in the event they
lost the war, they could retreat to that area for safety.

    This Awareness indicates that during these years of the war,
the Nazis continued to work on their flying saucer projects
and built one which was capable of going to Mars.  Others
were capable of going to the moon and certain moon bases
were created, which the Russian and United States govern-
ments discovered as early as 1952 through their own saucer programs.

    This Awareness indicates that by the time the war ended a great
portion of the Nazi leaders had already left Germany and were working
in New Schwabenland or on moon bases. Some were on Mars.

    This Awareness indicates that the U.S. government and the Russian
government found out about these moon bases in 1953 and formed a pact
with the Nazis which allowed them to pool information on UFO
technology with the Nazis so that all parties could gain further
advancement in their technological quests.

     This Awareness indicates that this led to further quests
in terms of the efforts to make Mars and Venus places
habitable to human life.  It was discovered that certain types of
minerals within the lands on Mars and Venus, when affected by other
influences such as a nuclear bomb, or radiation, could create other
chemicals that would eventually lead to a kind of atmosphere which
could be released around each planet, if the combinations were
just right.

    This awareness indicates that this began projects to create
atmospheres for Mars and Venus which later led to the plan to turn
Jupiter into a sun, so that it's radiant energy could effect Mars.

    Nelson  Rockefeller  Brings  3000  Nazis  illegally  into  U.S.
This   Awareness   indicates   that   the   continued   growth   of
the  Nazi   party   after   World   War   II   was   enhanced   when
Nelson   Rockefeller   brought    3000    Nazis,    disguised    and
given  passports  under  other  names,  into  the  United  States,
and  set  up  a  kind  of  organization   using   these   entities.

    I won't comment on the rest of the newsletter, however this part is in
    line with just about all of the ancient cultures that have not been
    obliterated by the zealots of the various ages seeking to plunder and
    convert.  India, the Mayans, the Aborigines - the respected elders of 
    these surviving cultures have all said this.
    
    The real interesting part is that many of us here are actually
    experiencing it...
    
    A really great book to read is:  "Profiles In Wisdom" - Native Elders
    speak about the Earth, by Steven McFadden.  I've met Steve, and I've
    also met one of the elders he dedicated a chapter to - Hunbatz Men from
    the Yucatan.

    the excerpts from the Republic convention, and listening to their
    description of "The American Family" (and what is sick and immoral), I
    could almost believe it.  Those speeches used VERY inflammatory
    phrases, and will work towards really polarizing the nation.  NOT good. 
    It is very frightening to hear.  Like, there is something wrong with
    anyone who doesn't conform, they must be eliminated kind of thing.

    how any Whole that attacks itself could survive for very long.. seems
    as if it would be just a matter of time. 

    It's a matter of time, Mary, but you can hang on for some time.  Of
    course, it depends on the severity of the illness and what kind of
    support systems you have in place.  For example, some people with 
    severe ms wouldn't last very long without lots of support systems.  
    On the other hand, people with milder versions of the disease
    only lose ground when subjected to extreme stress.  With lupus, I think
    it just depends on the form it takes, which organs it strikes, etc.

    pervasive anti-drug sentiment that no one seems to notice how deeply it
    (the drug war) has eroded our rights.  When will "they" start to go
    after intellectuals, Asians, Africans, mystics, freethinkers, etc?  In
    my paranoid little opinion, it has already begun, though not quite to

    You are right... but note that every society that has done so has been
    (albeit unknowingly) in the process of commiting suicide.  No facist
    society can survive for very long and today... with everything
    accelerated the way it is.. they go down fast.  Witness the recent
    demise of the Soviet Union as a case in point.  It appears to be a step
    in the degeneration process.

U.S.Constitution, the democratic structure was not based on any British
political structure, but actually very heavily influenced by the Iroquois Indians.
If it were not for this influence, and as a matter of historical evidence there
were many meetings with the Iroquois while the U.S.Constitution was being put
together on just this very topic (the Europeans took from their ways), then we
most likely would not have the democratic process and structure that we have
today in the U.S.

I thought exactly the same thing and put a reply to this topic in here. I 
can sense certain things and feelings and I felt very, very afraid after the 
convention hearing these wackos go on and on about THEIR description of "The 
American Family" which is like a 1950's family living in the Bible Belt. I 
felt like I was hearing a NASCAR rally or a Pentacostal Tent Revival. I 
agree Beth. The speeches were VERY inflamatory and were meant to divide the 
nation into US vs. THEM. Both Buchanin and Quayle's speeches were talking 
about this being a fight between us (who are right and moral) and them 
(immoral) and how those others needed to be swept aside. Those that do not 
conform to this Judeo-Christian stuff must be swept aside and eliminated. I 
was so anxious after seeing this crap that I went down the next day and 
changed to a Democrat. It was very scary stuff and I think it could be the 
start of some very scary times ahead.

    I listen with interest to the snatches of American Presidential
    candidates' speeches we get here via the BBC and CNN.
    
    To me, they sound much like DEC Management: An endless stream of glib
    saying, aphorisms and catch-phrases. These are interspersed with some
    self-advertisement, and some cruel shafting of the opponent. Always,
    but always, there a large smattering of "We Americans do/don't", " the
    American way is/isn't", "the American people are/aren't. The speeches
    always close with such a phrase. This use of aphorisms, tied with
    pathetic attempts at catching the nationalism and insularity inherent
    in most Americans, is so transparant and shallow as to be child-like.
    
    God help you all, for frankly, there's more talent in my son's class at
    school than there is in your future president and his team, whoever and
    whichever it may be. If you paranoids want something to worry about,
    start with your political system, and then look at your legal system.

  FWIW I totally agree with the comment about politicians and lawyers, they
  are proof that Darwin was right : create an environment where corruption
  & greed are the norm and you'll find that the ones that adapt the best
  thrive whilst the ones who retain "morals" & "understanding" become weak,
  suffocated, and, eventually, extinct.

  A degree of paranoia is necessary to survival - as is a modicum of greed,
  violence, and every other "bad" trait - but the key is to keep all things

How right you are.  I couldn't have said it better myself.  Having just recently
had my first experience with our so-called 'justice system' during my divorce &
in dealing with abuse issues regarding my children and their father (my 'ex'),
I have lost all respect for it.  Being a so-called 'GDI' (for God-d----- 
Independent), I was horrified, as one of the 'American People', to hear what 
came out of the Republican Convention.   I am to assume, I take it from the
Republicans, that I am not really an 'American person', and therefore have no
rights whatsoever under our Constitution or Bill or Rights.  That I was born 
here seems to make no difference at all; and the fact that the first English 
settlers here came to escape just the sort of persecution the Republicans are 
preaching has, apparently, escaped their very limited notice.  

Needless to say, I could rant on and on.  The soap box is getting tired, so I'll
climb off for now.  But it is my opinion that there IS something building - I
believe the LA riots to be only an indication of a very wide-spread rage.  Can't
say if there's an organized attempt to create violence in this country, but the
climate is certainly becoming ripe for it.

    Fortunately no. The upper house in the UK consists of hereditary and
    life Peers. In 1991 there were 784 hereditary Peers and 369 life Peers.
    In addition there were 26 Bishops and Archbishops of the established
    church and, as the House of Lords is the last court of appeal in the
    realm, 10 Lords of appear, the last lot are senior judges.

    The House of Lords has very little power and can only delay the passage
    of legislation. Several times to my knowledge it has sent things back to
    the lower house which had been passed in haste and the lower house
    reconsidered. The upper house cannot even discuss any legislation
    concerning finance. There is only one point on which the upper house
    has any real power. Should the lower house wish to extend its life
    beyond 5 years, the maximum period between elections, this must be
    passed by the upper house. This happened during WWII.

    Not being an elected chamber the upper house can see beyond the next
    election, some thing the lower house can seldom do. All members of the
    Cabinet, bar the Chancellor of the Exchequer, may sit in either house.
    Members of the upper house are not allowed to vote in elections for the
    lower house, and ordained members of the established church may not
    stand for election to the lower house.

    A small point that Laurie did not make clear about the election
    funding. The amount they may spent is calculated as so much per person
    on the voter's register at the time of the election. Every candidate
    has the right to scrutinize the accounts of any other candidate. All
    purchases of goods and services must be done at the correct price. Any
    discrepancies will result in that candidate losing the seat and that
    constituency will have to have another election.

    There is no political advertising on TV. But all parties who stand in
    several constituencies, I can't remember the minimum off hand, get
    short Party Political Broadcasts which are sent out on all TV channels.
    No one ever watches them.

    Jamie has answered .227 very nicely for me, thanks. As regards how it
    works here. Well, our election campaigns last a mere 2-3 weeks. The
    Prime Minister (Leader of the party in Government) calls the election,
    Parliament is dissolved, and off we go. It's all over very quickly.
    
    Voters in each constituency, which is a geographical area with the
    right to have a representative in Parliament, choose one candidate from
    a number of choices. Usually there is a representative of the three
    main groups (Conservative (right), Labour (left), and Liberal-Democrats
    (fence-sitters), and a smattering of independants and loonies (Bring A
    Bottle Party, Monster Raving Loony Party etc.) The one with the most
    votes wins, first past the post, and gets to go to Parliament. Things
    are a little different in Scotland where we have the Scottish
    Nationalist Party.
    
    Candidates are selected by a party committee in the constituency,
    composed of people nominated by the members of the Association, a sort
    of local club affilliated to the party at national level. In the "big
    three" selection is rigourous and exhaustive, all happening (usually)
    well before the election. The candidate is selected from a short-list
    of candidates previously appointed/selected by the committee.
    "Ordinary" voters have no part in selecting the party candidate, but of
    course, they can always join the Association, and therefore would have
    the chance to vote for the one they prefer from the committee's
    choices.
    
    All elected members go to Parliament, and the party with the most
    members forms the government. Is that clear? I can explain any bits
    that aren't. All candidates have a fixed sum available for campaign
    expenses, and no-one whatsoever is allowed to exceed that sum. I can't
    remember what it is, but it's VERY small, less than a thousand dollars
    ($1000). Political campaigning is done at national level, by the
    national parties. There is no statutory limit to the money spent here,
    but it must not specifically support any individuals, only the party.
    Personal wealth my help a prospective candidate get selected by the
    local Association to become a candidate (but I doubt it), it won't help
    a bit in the election itself, where it's the party they represent that
    matters most.

    In Re British vs. American elections,
    
    Something which I don't think it was mentioned when discussing the
    differences between the 2 electoral systems, is that in American
    politics we have to elect local politicicans, such as mayors, members
    of the local town council or whatever, state officials such as
    governors, state assembly persons and senators *as well as* country
    officials such as the president and both houses of Congress. If I'm not 
    mistaken, in Britain (I only really know about England), one only votes
    for one's local MP (member of Parliament). Depending on how many MP's 
    each political party get, the government is then led by the Tories,
    Labour or whichever the most. 
    
    Since our system is much more complex, the time needed to expose the 
    public to each party's platform, and each candidate's qualifications
    and ideas, are necessarily of longer duration than yours. Add to the 
    above, that we not only have regular elections, but primaries instead,
    and it is little wonder that politics play such an important role if
    our society.
    
    BTW, given that people only elect their local MP, why do people like
    John Major, Paddy Ashdown and Neil Kinnock bother to campaign at all?

    these are held at a different time from the general election. They also

    So, that's local, country and European.  Not that much different from

    I think the mechanism is the same: some how, people learn to feel

    whatever).  Well, people may learn how certain responses to "magickal"
    symbols.  Hence my belief that they can only affect you if you let them
    (in other words, let someone else tell you what your response should
    be, rather than choosing not to respond at all).

    Well I see by my Far Side desk calander that it is now October. You
    will no doubt remember that the predictions in .0 had a 100% failure
    rate for August. Let us review what should have just happened in the
    month of September and compare it to what really happened.
    
    
	Stage 3: Sometime in September, President Bush call in United Nations 
troops to squash the riots and restore law and order. American troops had in-
dicated that they did not wish to fight against American civilians.  Bush 
executes Executive Orders, ALREADY IN EFFECT,(this is the New World Order folks)
which now give the UN forces complete rights and freedom to enter American homes
to confiscate all devices that are capable of communicating information, which
includes video cameras, VCR's, computers, mimeographs and anything that can 
print, copy machines, etc.  These troops are furnished certain lists of names,
particularly those know as "Patriots" and these patriots and their families 
are rounded up first, and if not executed on the spot, are sent to any of the
13 concentration camps now fully activated in the United Atates.  There is
nobody left to tell what really happened.  Curious neighbors will be told it 
was a justified "drug raid".  Those who escape to the hills and mountains
are hunted down by "search and destroy" troops, specially trained for mountain
warfare.  During September all borders will be closed down, as well as airports.
No one is allowed to leave the United States.

    since our thought patterns and belief systems create what happens on
    this plane.

Let me pose a question to all readers of this note: given that it was
clear *right from the beginning* that the predictions made in the base
note were preposterous (some of them already being proved false), what
possible reason could there be for posting it? I offer a couple of
possible explanations:

1. Talligai (and the original author) are simply psychotic, and really believe
   such obviously ridiculous stuff.
2. They are bent on attracting attention to themselves.
3. Some other reason.

While I admit the possibility of the first two, the third is much more
interesting. First, you would have to admit that it's possible before
you'd be willing to consider it. This will be very difficult, if not
impossible, for some readers. Next, you would have to get creative, and
try to imagine some other possible reasons. Here are some possibilities:

1. To trigger a conditioned response which *might* then get us to
recognize how easily we're triggered, and, further, to ask ourselves
"now why did I react that way?".

2. To get us to wonder whether such a scenario (as predicted in the
base note) is possible at all, and, if so, how, when, and under what
conditions -- so that we might mentally prepare ourselves to immunize
ourselves against it ever really happening.

3. others ...

You must admit, Talligai and Len Bucuvalas are quite obviously fairly
intelligent. While they might be bonkers, there might also be a method
to their madness.

giving the authors some credit for intelligence, and considering the
possibility that the reason for posting the note may not be the obvious
(i.e., psychosis or fraud), but some more constructive purpose. On the
face of it, the content of the base note is absurd. The purpose and
result of posting it, however, may be something positive. If you're
willing to consider that possibility, perhaps you will benefit from the
creative exercise, regardless of the fact that none of the events
predicted could have happened on those dates. The very absurdness of
the predictions should be a clue that there may be another purpose to
posting such a note.

    Sinead Oconnor was the musical guest.  Her last song was more of a

    Hmm... guess I hang out with the Franciscans too much, one of the most
    missionary sects of the Catholic priesthood, and the most tolerant,
    loving, and caring sect I know of.  One church recently held sessions
    on "recognizing the feminin in God" - an attempt to move away from the
    sterotypical male image of God.  Of course, this same parish is being
    forced to ask for outrageous sums of donations from their summer
    attendees (located on the New Jersey coast) by their "administrators".
    
    I'm not saying the corruption doesn't exist.  But that doesn't mean
    abandoning the good within the Catholic system as well.  If enough
    patrons of the church reward the positive and "punish" the negative,
    change can occur.  It already is!  Open your eyes to the positive as
    well!
    
    And, as I stated before, what the Vatican proposes is not always
    welcomed by the Catholics resident in the US.  The Vatican is NOT all
    of the Church (they just try to control it ;-).  The parishiners are
    the Church.

    Interesting piece of news I heard this morning that brought this
    notestring to mind.  Over the weekend, there were six murders in
    Boston.  For the past few years, the murder rate in Boston has been
    on the increase.  Supposedly, there is a group (unfortunately I
    didn't catch the name) that is encouraging the governor to send
    the National Guard into Boston to help patrol the streets.  So far,
    no decision has been made to do so.

has been splitting itself really into two factions. One is the Conservative, 
old-school, money, old-world group out of the Vatican and the other is the 
group consisting of the monks you talked about, Mathew Fox and others. 
Unfornately, the Vatican group controls the church and shuts off debate. 
They have kicked Mathew Fox out. 
	Thanks for pointing out the difference to me. There are many good 
people in the church trying to do good things and that is good.

I know what you are talking about. My parents are about as Catholic and 
religious as they come. Their house is like a mini-Vatican. They have 
crosses everywhere, pictures of the Pope, go to masses twice daily, go to 
prayer meetings, go to shrines, etc. Yet, they raised me for all of my life 
to treat Jews, Prostestants, gays, blacks as scum.They did this all in the 
name of God, saying that these people were unholy. I realize this is not the 
Church, but where does this come from? Someone, something put it in their 
heads. I have had to do a ton of work to reverse this. That's why I go away 
from religion and towards spirituality. We need to come from compassion for 
one another, for love and acceptance of one another.

    *Sigh* indeed!  It's amazing that this mind-set has continued to exist
    in the Roman Catholic Church (and elsewhere! 8^(  It wasn't all that
    long ago that the children of a former neighbor of mine were told that
    their daddy couldn't go to Heaven because he wasn't Roman Catholic (he
    was raised in the Episcopal Church, which is separated from Rome more
    by politics than by anything else).

    I had written off Christianity years ago.  Seems like much more harm
    had and was being done in the Christian God's name, than good.  But
    having a chance to meet and spend some time around Matthew Fox and
    reading his books _Original Blessing_ and _Coming of the Cosmic Christ_
    revealed to me that some very positive changes are beginning to take
    place in the Christian religion, particularly the Roman Catholic
    Church.  (Including written apologies from many churches to Native
    peoples asking forgiveness for the atrocities committed by the
    Christian churches.)   
    
    Most of these changes, of course, are happening "grass-roots" style.  
    But that's usually the way, I think, that the most important, major 
    changes do take place.  And ones that will endure for a long time to
    come, I feel certain.
    
    Re: Matthew Fox - he's been silenced by the Catholic Church at least 
    once that I know of.  Recently there was a move to "kick him out" as Sam
    mentioned, but according to the following report from the current
    issue of _Creation Spirituality_, a magazine which Matthew Fox is 
    Editor-in-Chief, it hasn't happened -- yet:
    
    Damian Byrne, the former Master General of the Dominicans, who had 
    petitioned the Vatican for Fr. Fox's dismissal has since been 
    replaced by a new Master General-elect, Timothy Radcliffe.  Mr. 
    Radcliffe (as of press time) stated in an interview to the Catholic 
    News Service that he knew nothing about the petition for Fr. Fox's 
    dismissal.  So according to this report, Fr. Fox's dismissal is still 
    "pending," though at the time (apparently) not being actively 
    pursued.
    
    "Matt has sought to stay within the Order because the spirit of 
    Dominic, Aquinas, Eckhart and otherprophetic Dominicans has inspired 
    him.  Furthermore, he once said in an interview:  'The model I follow 
    is Rosa Parks.  You stay on the bus if you're going to change things.  
    You don't leave the bus voluntarily.'  
    
    Matt has struggled to stay in the Dominicans and the church because 
    he does not want to see the Creation Spirituality movement 
    marginalized but rather put to use to renew the mainstream of

    However I think that we can safely conclude that the writers of this

    Well today is the first of December, so let's look back and see what
    should have happened during November. Those who have been following
    this saga will no doubt remember the current score is 100% failure
    rate, a surprising record even for the prediction business.

    Not exactly as I was there earlier this year, just after all the
    airports were supposed to be closed, and saw with my own eyes that
    things were going on as normal. This tends to push the conspiracy
    theory off the top end of the scale on my gullibility meter.

    I think the gullibility meter is made by the same people as the
    crap detector.  Some are willing to trust their intuitions, others
    need a more objective measuring device.  :-)

    Considering the source of the base-note (Talligai), i would say that we 
    won't be (or at least shouldn't be) hearing from our resident "spirit
    guide" and "ascended master" again.

    But then of course 1993 was the intended date, right?  Just human error
    at the key pad, or false prophecy?
