>that we are talking about?
Totally separate systems. PATH runs NYC to Hobken & Newark.
(sort of an X shaped system, with odd interruotings.

The PCC cars run on 'the NewarK Subway' (I've no CLEW if thats its
real name...). One end of that is Under Penn Station Newark, it goes
a couple of stops undergound, then surfaces, on private RoW for 'some'
more stops. (very like some of the Boston lines, in feel, and, i
ASSume, in history. Never gets so far into the 'burbs as, say, the
	Boston Riverside line...)

>I hope the PCC cars end up running in a museum somewhere and not on the
>scrap heap.
Same thought went thru my mind. My ASSumption that as Running,
Maintained (more or less) examples, and with more light rail (eg:
Manhattan, Hoboken) coming on line, they may be dispersed to those
lines as 'special event' cars. (eg: instant history...)
