I'm having a major problem with TZ86-VA's mounted into BA350-SB's.
The tape leaders keep coming off these drives. We have 8 of these
drives and the problems seems to happen to all of the drives. I'm
going to the site at least once every two weeks to replace or
restring the leaders. Can someone give me an idea of what could
be causing this problem. This customer also has 12 TZ867's and
6 TZ86-TA's known of the drives even come close to having as many
problems as the TZ86-VA's.

Are supposed to be "re-stringing" tape leaders in TZ86-VA units. I
think not.
