3628.0. "TL810 load port assembly" by TOPTEN::COLATRELLA () Fri Jan 24 1997 08:48

    Hi All,

     I am looking for the part number for the TL810 Load Port Assembly.
    The load port doesn't stay closed because the load port mechanism
    that locks out the load port selonoid is broken.Can I just replace the
    black plastic mechanism or do I need to replace the entire load port
    assy.
    Thanks,

    Pete Colatrella

    This can not be replaced. I currently have a call into the vendor
    for action on this. If this is urgent please log an IPMT case.

     Currently I've contacted the vendor and they are sending the part
    here to engineering. When an address is posted we will trans-ship
    the part to that address.

     A word of caution:

     If the robot is in motion, and the load port switch is pressed
    the robot must complete the move before the load port can be moved.
    If you attemp to move the load port with force then damage could
    and will occur.

3628.4TL810 Load Port Door AssyNOGBAD::KINGMon Feb 17 1997 17:238
    We Currently have a problem in Scotland with a TL810 Load port door
    assy for which we can find no Part No: as also stated in the previous
    notes.
    Although I did see that Odetics did supply a part for the above.
    Can someone please supply any details that could help.

    Regards
    Tom.
