Otisfield since has seceded from Cumberland and was annexed by

Did this take place after 1994? Or does the title mean that Otisfield was
in Cumberland County when it was founded?

| The change was sometime in the 70s, I think. It was recent enough that all
title searches for Otisfield have to be done in both county registries to
achieve the typically desired 40 year history.
