     Our cottage is located adjacent to the Cape Cod Seashore Park,
in Eastham. To get here, take Route 6 until you get to the set of
lights at the entrance to the National Park. Bear right, and then
take your first left, which is School House Road. The fifth street
down on yoru right is Cestaro Way, a quiet dead end street. Our 
cottage is the sixth one on the left (number#65). It is a Cape
with a gambrel roof and has cedar clapboard front on a half acre
wooded lot.
     On the first floor there is a large living and dining area,
with a centrally located fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen
has a new electric stove and refrigerator, stainless steel sink
and pine cabinets. The bathroom has a vanity and a fiberglass
shower stall. There is also a panelled bedroom with twin beds
and a large closet. We also have a telephone, please bill all
call to your home number.
     Upstairs there is two spacious bedrooms. One has a pair
of twin beds and crib, the other has a king size bed.
     We furnish dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot,
toaster, microwave oven, cable television, blankets and pillows.
You will have to bring your own sheets and towels.
     Located off the kitchen is a large deck. Also there is a
enclosed outside shower, picnic table, lawn chairs and charcoal
grill.
     There are several beach in the area, two of them are the
National Park. There are three town beaches on the calm Bayside,
a few minutes ride by car. There are also lakes and a salt
water pond nearby. There are places available to launch a boat.
     The National Park probides excellent bicycling and walking
paths. Also great salt water and fresh water fishing.
     Occupancy is limited to six people, families only, and we
request no pets. Our week runs from Saturday, 2:00 Pm  checkin,
to Saturday, 10:00 AM check-out.

I have 2 timeshares for sale at the "Inn on the Harbor Resort" located
On Newport Harbor in Rhode Island.  The resort is located on the harbor
where you can take time to wander through the craft workshops, taverns
and boutiques that line the 18th-century cobbled wharves.  Work out in 
the resort's health club, relax in the sauna and whirlpool, take in the
spectacular view, and end your day with dinner at the on-site restaurant.

The first week is a fixed week (red).  This is week #36 and is the
first week in September.  I purchased this timeshare over 10 years ago
and paid $10,500.  I am asking $6995.

The second week is a flex-week (blue) between December and March.
I purchased this timeshare for $3500 and am asking $695.

    Prime Float week at The Cove at Yarmouth. Prime float can be used in
    the two months leading up to the Summer season on the Cape (April, May, to 
    June 21), or the two months after the Summer season ends (last week of 
    August - 1st week of November). This unit was purchased in the mid 1980's 
    for over $8k. According to the Cove these units now sell for over $13k. I 
    am asking $6500. The condo fee for this year has already been paid, but I 
    have not yet selected a week. This is the only 5 star resort on the

    couch, and TV with a VCR. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator and table 
    seating for six. This really is a beautiful unit/complex, and it comes 
    with deeded rights. The reason I am selling is that I have only used it 
    for 1 weekend in the past 8 years. Vacation scheduling difficulties 
    prevent me from using it during this timeframe.

Cape Cod has many places that are over-traveled and over-built.  However, 
there are a few (and mostly unheard of) locations where the original charm 
and beauty of Cape Cod remains as it was 150 years ago.  

Cotuit is one of those places.  

Fifteen minutes from both Hyannis and Falmouth at the end of a dead end 
road is the village of Cotuit complete with its four mile spectacular 
coastline where virtually no through traffic gets through.  The beaches are 
pristine, and there is no better place for boating than Cotuit Bay, or just 
beyond on Nantucket Sound.  The village itself is ideal for walking or 
biking to the ice cream shop or the library.

The cottage is set privately in the woods two blocks from the village 
center and one block from the beach.  Five steps from the driveway is first 
view of the water.  The cottage has 3 1/2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very private 
outside shower, a 8x20 front porch, fireplace, TV/VCR, microwave oven, 
JenAir stove, washer/dryer, barbecue, a completely paneled game room and/or 
family room, and all the other important conveniences.  There are two 
hide-a-beds, one in the living room and one in the family room.  The pine 
paneling throughout gives the house a warmth and coziness that's hard to 
find anywhere.

The cottage is available the first two weeks of August.  The rest of the weeks

We are looking to rent our beach house for several weeks this summer. It's 
located at Hills Beach which is just north of Kennebunkport. Easy ride to 
shopping at Freeport or Kittery.

The house is a cape-style, 10 year old, 3-4 bedroom, one full bath home 
located on a peninsula. There's a tidal bay in the back yard and a private 
sandy ocean beach across the street (access several hundred feet down the 
road). Very peaceful and relaxing location. Sit on the deck and watching the 
tide come and go. 

The house is ideally sized and located for a small family (up to 3 children). 
Great place for young children as the ocean is shallow and calm, islands near 
by which can be walked to at low tide, small general store a short walk up 
the street for getting candy, etc.  Great sailing or wind-surfing in tidal bay 
or in the ocean - always a breeze. Fishing off the jetty at the mouth of the 
Saco River right up the street. Good area for biking (several bikes available 
at the house)

The house is fully equipped with all conveniences (TV, VCR, microwave, 
washer/dryer, gas grill, etc) and comes with linens, etc. 

Rent is $550/week with a $100 security deposit. Non-smokers only, no pets

    	Three bedroom year round house for rent by the week, weekend, or
    longer. The property is located 1 1/2 miles South from the center of 
    Old Orchard Beach in a quiet residential area. Four tree lined blocks
    to the beach. Estimated time for the comfortable walk is about 7
    minutes. The beach is Maine's most beautiful 7 mile long beach.
    
    	A 1 mile walk along the beach will bring you to the fun filled Old
    Orchard Beach area with tons of amusements, resturants, and excitement.
    (IN SEASON ONLY). Good resturants are open year round however.
    
    	Kittery shopping is only 30 miles south.
    
    	Kennebunkport shopping and George Bush's retreat is only 15 miles
    away.

	There is a Water Country type of amusement on Rt 1 about
3 miles from the house. There is also a Fun Town on Rt 1 about
3 miles from the house that has a lot of family entertainment
amusements.
    
    	The Portland Harbor shopping area is only 20 miles north.
    
    	Freeport shopping (LL Bean) is only 40 miles north.
    
    	The house has 1 1/2 baths, major appliances, TV, heated, 
     microwave, and surrounded by pine trees.
    
    	Master Bedroom has new queen bed, Guest Bedroom has full size
    bed and other guest bedroom as two twin beds. The couch in the
    living room opens up to accomodate 2 more small people.

Summer rental in Falmouth, MA Cape Cod

Cottage sleeps 6, fully equipped in a quite family area. The cottage is 100 feet from a saltwater bay
that is good for swimming, boating and fishing. The bay has acess to Nantucket Sound, for those who
have boats. The cottage is near several golf courses and is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Falmouth
that offers shopping, restraurants and theaters. The cottage is close to a 5 mile bike path to historical
Woods Hole and scenic Falmouth Harbor, home of the Island Queen a ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

   Modern vacation home on Highland Lake at Bridgton, Maine available
   for summer rentals.
  
   Highland Lake is a beautiful Maine lake that's great for swimming,
   fishing, sailing and canoeing. It is approxomately 6 miles long
   by 1 mile wide. Boat launch ramps available at the vacation home or
   at the town beach in Bridgton.

   The vacation home, one lot back from the lake, features a spacious
   deck with a view of the lake, screened dining porch and a gas bbq
   grill. It is located  in a quiet area of a few homes 5 minutes outside
   of Bridgton. There are three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen,
   clothes washer/dryer and a TV. Use of a private, association beach
   included. The white sand beach is great for children wanting to play
   in the water, as the slope into the lake is gentle. A canoe is
   included for use at your own risk.

   There is a good selection of restaurants and good shopping close by
   in a number of small Maine towns.

    There are outstanding Fireworks on Long Lake at Naples, 15 minutes
    away on the 4th of July weekend.
    
   Prices for July 4th weekend (Jun 30 through July 6th) $500. For July 4th
