    Does anyone have a current version of a Bill of Sale that would be OK
    to use in MA?  I saw one once in this Notesfile, but I'll be darned if
    I can find it again!  The only one I see in here is the "Flintstone's:

You should also state whether there is a warranty or if the car is being
sold as-is.  You do need to put the mileage and price on the document - this
at least according to Quicken Family Lawyer.

    a friend of mine is selling a 1984 Nissan 300ZX 50th Anniversary
    edition with about 140K miles.  Anyone have an idea of it's value, or

Nissan is buying these cars up, restoring them, and selling them through
their dealers.  You may want to call a national 1-800 number for Nissan
and ask how much they would give you.

re: last one - I believe Nissan is only restoring the 240Z and
maybe the 260, not the 280 or the disco-boy 280ZX or late '80s

    flood damaged cars up here in the north? The cars are coming from
    Louisiana and other flooded places down south. They are supposedly
    bringing them up here because they can't sell them down there.

Nissan is selling reconditioned 240/260Z cars at sellected Z stores in America.
The cars come with a 12-month/12,000-mile* limited and cost about $24K, I think.
There was a story about it in USA Today, not too long ago.

They tried it several years ago with some other flood.  Someone from DEC posted
an experence with 1400 motors and a 'wet' car.  Several months after a flood
in another part of the country.

Some news shows were doing stories on it also.
