    Does anyone have any experience with Manley valves?  How about
    Milodon?  I'm looking to get a set of valves and was wondering how

I've never had any problems with Manley valves.  Probably used 5 or six 
sets of 'em in the past 20 years.  They're general, over the counter parts 
store items.  Milodon will tend to be a bit pricey but their emphasis is on 
racing quality as opposed to general duty

    I found the opposite, milodon "serious race valves" are $16 for the
    intake and $13.50 on the exhaust.
    
    Manley "severe Duty"  are $18.50.
    Manley lists Race-Flo, Race-Master, Pro-Flow, & severe duty.
    
    Confusing.  I guess I'll go with the Milodon stainless which are
    undercut.

Remember, stainless steel's tensile strength is less than steel.

Stainless valves may be light, but they're brittle as well
