I have encountered what seems to be a bug with the Mapper when a Soft 
Error is forced.

The situation ia as follows: 

- application file contains 2 documents 

- when posting the application file to the Mapper, the first document 
causes a soft error ($ERROR in map)

- the second document is mapped normally

What happens in this situation is that the Mapper writes 2 sets of header 
statements to the Inhouse File (see below) of the second document which 
causes an error when trying to fetch the document (Application to 
application routing is used).
