    	Auto-by-Tel is probably only useful if you are afraid to negotiate
    with a dealer.  I've used it a couple of times.  The first time, I got
    a better price just by calling around.  The 2nd time, I ended up with
    the same price by negotiating a little.
    
    	Auto-by-Tel claims their dealers will give you wholesale value for
    your trade.  One dealer I visited claimed that they only did NADA
    "average loan".  This is totally bogus.
