266.0. "You're 16 you're beautiful and you're mine" by XTATIC::CHILDS (Harry Browne for President!) Tue Feb 20 1996 11:30

	This here note is the sweet 16 NCAA prediction note/contest. I think
we had a lot of fun with this one last year so let's do it again. Basically
you have to predict who will make the sweet 16 of the NCAA tournement before
any bids go out any matchup made etc etc. So all entries into the contest
must be entered before friday of the conference tournement weekends. I'll
tally up the results etc and announce the winner. Last year's winner Bruce
May unfortuntely for us but not him will not be around to defend his title.
Bruce's secret to last year's success was to wait until the end and then
plaguerize his entry from the rest of the contestants. Anyways to get the ball
rolling here's my 16 picks.

	UMASS, Kentucky, Purdue, Georgetown, Nova, UCLA, Cincinnati, BC
	Eastern Michigan, Indiana, Wake Forest, Kansas, Maryland, Memphis
	Utah and the Puppies of UConn............

    Another wild guess for final four (assuming UCONN, KY, UMASS, and

    I almost had UCLA in there instead of Kansas.

     I didn't have a chance to reply to this sooner, groaner, but the
     answer is yes, it does bother me when Tommy and others spell
     Pittsburgh without the "h" on the end. There is a Pittsburg in

     Pennsylvania. I apologize for spelling Cincinnati incorrectly.
