176.0. "Baseball Fans on the loosing end?" by SOLVIT::SOARNG::TIMMONS () Mon Aug 08 1994 12:12

Here's a question I probably won't like the answer to but would like
    opinions.
I bought 3 Red Sox tickets thru a ticket agent (Old, established
business) which I've bought from before. They are excellent seats
albiet overpriced (read..>50% above face value)for early September.
They were paid by credit card, the bill was paid when received. Does
anyone know what the policy would be? I'll probably loose everything in
the event the game is not played due to the strike, right? I'd be happy
to just receive equal tickets for next year, but with my luck, will
probably receive nothing. Anyone want to take a shot at this?
I know, call the agent. I will but like to hear from the noter
    experts first.
BTW, what happend to the 'Sox notes file. I never can access it
    anymore.

    Thanx

I would guess that you would get back face value from the Red Sox if
the game is not played.
