    We have a customer using Rally V4.0
    They would like to change the size of the .tmp file extents , it
    appears to be 20 blocks and the customer would like to increase it.
    I have seen a couple of notes that talked about this problem and
    it seems      that IPMT's were also logged for this problem
    
    But I couldn't find if there was a fix implemented or not for this
    problem/feature under Rally V4.0
    Is the latest Rally version still behaves the same way ?
