    Hi,
    
    Can someone try and answer the following question that a customer has
    asked :-
    
    Customer is using the RMS_TO_BIN flag and would like to know if MRX
    transmits BP14 messages as 'Constructed Octet String ASN.1' or as
    'Primative Octet Stream' ??
    
    and....
    
    Were there any changes in the way MRX treats BP14's between v2.2G and
    v2.3 ??
