3202.0. "cannot start fetcher" by HGOSPS::MASCOTTANG () Thu May 01 1997 11:08

   My customer is running ALL-IN-1 V3.1 and MR V3.3A. Customer has a problem
that he cannot start the FETCHER job, but SENDER job run successfully.

   I have visited customer site this morning, I find that customer executes
netconfig without saving network object file. Therefore, I perform
mb$configure again for customer to rebuild the MRLISTEN and DDSLSN objects.
After that I restart the ALL-IN-1, I cannot start fetcher process again. Thus
I also change the password in A1 mailbox to match with password in MGT MM SOC,
but I cannot start the fetcher job again. I perform a trace log to startup
FETCHER job, Would anyone suggest me how can I follow this case ?

    Customer is using VMS V5.5-2 at PHASE IV decnet environment.

Why not look in MR$:MRERR.INF to see what MR says about the
