Me too. For about a month now, I've had trouble getting in during 'peak'
times (weekends, evenings). I called and complained to Member Support
sometime back and they weren't that interested. Basically said, they
only have one number for Nashua so it would get busy and that I should
just leave the system retrying until it gets in!!!

Unfortunately, I suffer another problem, whereby my modem seems to lock-up
after the first attempt and the only way I've found to free it is with a
re-boot. So the leaving the system re-trying doesn't actually work for me!
Any one have ideas on this ? Member assistance did transfer me to Technical
Support for this, but after being on hold for sometime I gave up.

My modem, ZOOM 28.8 internal, does free up OK when I am using MSN and log
out normally. It just seems to lock if the MSN number is busy, the retry
reports and en error of "Modem is busy or missing".
