What tunnel are you using? All of the supported ones have a DNS entry for 
each tunnel address.

I am using the DAS tunnel server.  Every DNS PTR entry for every 
assigned address (16.136.16.xxx) is set to 
tunsrv2-tunnel.imc.das.dec.com.  There is no A record for 
tunsrv2-tunnel.imc.das.dec.com.  This breaks anything that tries to 
do any kind of security checking based on domain/host name.  

Tcpwrappers will not allow connections even when it is configured 
to allow IP *.*.*.* because DNS doesn't agree on a forward and 
reverse lookup for the tunnel client.
