    Can someone tell me the correct procedure for ordering the PRAXA
    TDMStoForms converter please ? I have read through all of the notes on
    the subject in the conference, but have been unable to locate a kit,
    a license or an individual who knows how to get either.
    
    I did copy the demo kit referred to in one of the notes, however it
    doesn't seem to include the conversion programs.
    
    On the licensing side, it seems we still sell the add on licenses for
    converting more forms but not the basic 50 forms license and kit which
    I need to get started.   
    
    Any assistance or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
