  This morning I decided to do something different for a change of pace.
  Instead of doing my normal 2-3 sets with 8-10 reps, I decided to back off
  on the weight and do as many reps as possible but only one set. However,
  I did do almost every exercise I could think of. With most of the exercises
  I was doing between 16 and 20 reps. The last 4 or 5 reps were always killers. 
  Now, I'm totally wasted and sore all over. It was a great workout.
  I think I might incorporate it in to my workouts on a regular basis, maybe
  once every other week. 

  The really nice thing was that I finished 10 minutes earlier than normal
  which gave me enuf time to hit the hot tub.

    Last night was a good burn.  Back and Biceps.  Usually I do a few back
    excercises first (lat pulldowns to front and back, bent over rows, both
    dumbbell and straightbar, seated rows), then I do various bicep curls
    (dumbbell, EZbar, preachers).
    
    Last night I did one little thing different, and got a really good
    burn.  I went through most of the back excercises, all except the
    seated rows.  Then I did my bicep curls.  THEN I went back and did 
    the seated rows, and held each one for a moment before releasing.  
    
    WOW! back and biceps really felt great.
