Conference pasta::flex

    Trying 3 nights on, one off for a while. Sofar soo good. Going to see
    how long I go before I do a crash and burn. Got legs in last night.
    Pushed some with the squats. Did seven sets. Three sets were at 235
    for six to seven reps. Not bad for an ol fart. Other reps sets were at
    least 12-15. Then did leg curls and leg extensions, and of course calfs
    and sit ups on the roman chair. Dam... was drinking water like I had
    been out in the hot sun for a couple of days. 
    
    Hobbled upstairs to the shower and watched Hogans Heros.:) 

    Tonights horras are shoulders and back....

    There is some good news to anounce. George, who went through a divorce,
    followed with a bankruptcy will be coming out of the woods come the end
    of June. A chapter 13.:( Why am I saying this to the world? Cause, of
    the 100% who go in, 10% come thru. I am a very lucky man. 
    
    I lost an apartment building in Manchester NH. Bad rent times, costly
    divorce, etc. Most people say, 'So what." Whelp, they don't see the
    sacrifice of riding the bike to work, in the rain cause you need the
    money and gas, no do they see the paint brush working the walls and
    halls sometimes till the dawn of next day. They don't see the personal
    sacrifice of not going some neet places, or doing this or that. Driving
    some late model trucks and cars vs the shinney new one. 
    
    Anyhow the journey is about done, another chapter closed, and life will
    be a differnt way that it was. Most of all, the disipline that I have
    earned in the cruel spa has allowed me to carry it onto life games.
    Funny how that works.... enough now. I am starting to ramble.

  No, you're not lucky, far from it. You did what 90% of people in a similar 
  position have failed to do because of sacrifice, deligence and discipline.

    Hey George,   maybe you remember me from MKO, tall thin guy, worked in
    telecom/networks, fixed your latline/PC/printer a few times.  I
    remember you talking about this a few times,  and what I really
    remember is the smile on your face every time you spoke about
    your daughter.
