684.0. "%SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, VA=00000000, PC=00077645," by CSC32::K_GAMBLE () Wed Mar 19 1997 19:07

Greetings,

A customer using PSCP V4.0 from a PC gets the following. Is there anything
we can tell from this?

PSCP works from the console so it not a PSCP problem as much as a
PSCP/EXCEED/MOTIF interaction problem.

GCTDEV$ plan
%SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=00000000, PC

    She can run PSPA successfully so the connection seems to be fine.

    Any ideas anyone?

Thanks,

Kara

    Does anyone have any suggestion on this.. We've applied the latest
    Motif patch and reinstall the CP but still get the ACCVIO.

    Thanks,

684.2Will try to track the problem.DISCOS::RAGHUTue Apr 08 1997 17:5911
    Kara,

    Unfortunately we do not have Exceed in Engineering. They give us only
    Excursion! We have another similar report of problems with Exceed. It
    does seem like it is a CP problem from your description. We will try to
    track it down.

    Will keep you posted.
