2261.0. "Cleanup on clients" by MUNICH::SCHASCHL () Thu May 22 1997 09:29

    Hi,

    one of our customer has the same problem as menioned in note 2065.

    %DCL-W-ACTIMAGE, error activating image SYS$SYSTEM:SLS$FIND_DB_NODE
    -CLI-E-IMAGEFNF, image file not found node$DIA0:[SYS0.SYSCOMMON.]
    [SYSEXE]SLS$FIND_DB_NODE
    %SYSTEM-W-TIMEOUT, device timeout

    I told him to include a $SET NOON at the beginning of CLEANUP.COM
    on the clients because the command procedure should be continuing on
    to purge log files.

    But his answer was - what about the history files on the clients?
    Shouldn't the CLEANUP procedure update the history files in dependency
    of expired tapes?

    Does this error message generally appear on every client or
    did the customer missed something at the installation?

    Thanks in advance!

Christian
