3018.0. "Drive Letters and Windows 95" by SPSEG::BRAMSON () Thu May 29 1997 19:15

    This topic has been previously discussed, but hopefully this is a
    separate thread. Are their currently any utilities for WIndows 95 that
    would allow one to change the DRIVE LETTER for selective hard drives
    and/or partitions? If so, I would love to know since it would fix a
    very nasty problem with my PC. Thanks to anyone who can reply.

3018.1QUARK::LIONELFree advice is worth every centThu May 29 1997 19:285
I don't think so - this is all tied up in the original BIOS design.

What problems are you having?

    Maybe someone in NOTED::WINDOWS95 would have an answer.
3018.3Might STACKER driver work?ACISS2::BEJCEKFri May 30 1997 03:106
    STACKER had a utility in the old DOS version that would let you do that
    even if you had no stacked disks (driver loaded of course). Possibly,
    if Stacker supports W95, you may have a solution.
