Does anyone know where there is a recycling place that will take a

    Thanks.

Well, you can remove the plastic cover yourself and recycle that
most anywhere, but that's probably about it. K

Have you tried your town dump/recycling center?
Mine (in Windham, NH) has an area for electronics
recycling.

I'd try calling the mom&pop shops that repair PC's/monitors
to see if they know of electronics re-cycling sources.

Ask the folks in a Digital Repair facility if they will recycle
it for you. (They recycled mine at the LKG repair facility
after I declined repair as too cost prohibitive.)

How about salvage places? I can't remember the name of the one in Hudson
NH, but it is in here somewhere.

    RST Salvage.

I don't know if they would want a dead monitor, however. They like to
    resell stuff not recycle ;-)

Some plastic monitor cases can make nice enclosed kitty litter
    boxes...

Well, he didn't say it didn't work! Besides, it may be repairable and some
diy-er would want to buy it. There's lots of old junk there at RST that I can't
*imagine* anyone buying, but they have it...
