this does not help the previous requestor, almost a year ago.
i just bought a viewsonic optiquest v775 monitor from midwest micro.
it arrived on time and worked fine.

common prices in computer shopper were $649 and $629 at discount
places, around $700 at other places.  mm advertized $605, but said $600
when i called.  they also were $5-10 less on shipping charge.
3 day shipping is standard while some other places had 5 day shipping
for more $.  no sales tax for mass. they are in ohio.  some others
had tax for out of state customers.  be sure to ask.

i had a few questions and they had the answers. nothing very profound.
so product info level might be mediocre or supurb, but is not terrible.

a friend has made several purchases from mm and is satisfied.
neither of us bought a system from them, but i'm satisfied enough
to look there seriously if i was in the market.
