	Problem: HSM$SHP_AUDIT.LOG not logging ('loosing)' ALL requests?...

	Analysis:

	While investigating some HSM related problems, we saw that the 
	HSM$SHP_AUDIT.LOG file has 'holes' in it, during which NO request 
	logging is done anymore.

	In the last active AUDIT file, many occurrances like this appear.

	Are there any known issues?
