| 1. setld does indeed live in /usr/sbin. It think it's reasonable to make the
changein the IG but I'll leave that one up to the writer.
2. Are you talking about during the install or running the IVP?
During the install, it's a CDE appintegrate "issue" - The culprit's
described in UNXA::CDE Note 489.6. I've seen it like twice over the
years. Had you done an rlogin to your own machine to do the install?
During the IVP, you should have seen something like:
^G=== IVP failed ===^G
The reason for this *MAY* have been that the display node
did not give the client authorization to display on it,
or that the display node was improperly defined.
Please verify this by giving such authorization from the
display node, or redefining the display node, and running
this IVP again.
3. Caught that already. Changed the text to point to the new menu last week.

No, should I have?

Yes, the display node did not give the client authorization to display on it,
even though it was the same node! Apparently, the installation and IVP
processes use the full nodename, in case the installation is being done
remotely, but they fail locally if the local node doesn't have permission
to rlogin to itself (which is apparently the case here in ZKO2-3).
