3057.9same problem....DSPAC9::LANEWed Mar 19 1997 18:0818
I'm having the same problem with losing account information.

I'm running NT V4.0-1381 SP2 on an Alpha with Excursion V2
installed (I've tried Excursion V3 and get the same problem).

The problem is the same as described - I can enter account
information, but it's lost as soon as I exit the account window
in the Control Panel.

I know that previous replies suggested that FX!32 was the
culprit, but I'm using the native Alpha version of Excursion,
so I wouldn't think FX!32 would be contributing to the problem.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,

Roy

    If FX!32 is enabled, it will cause the problem. Even though you
    are using the Alpha eXcursion binaries. Disable FX!32 and you will
    see that you can then add accounts.

3057.11Disabling FX!32 workedWRHS79::LANEThu Mar 20 1997 20:099
Thanks, Gary.

Disabling FX!32 worked. Once it was disabled, I was able to add account
information and it was successfully saved.

Once I added the account information into Excursion, I enabled FX!32 again.
Things seem to be working so far.
