There is a way to do this, if anyone still cares.

There is a qualifier that can be used in the mail address file to
change the personal mail name that is used on the mail that
is sent to the customer. This only applies to DSNlink V1.x.

The HELP address would look like this;

address HELP -
        /help_text -
        /maint="noone" -
        /return_from_address="HELP" -
        /return_from_personal_name="Digital Kundenbetreuung, Region Sued" -
        /descr="Help With Using the DSNlink Mail Application."

Both the /return_from_address and /return_from_personal_name must be
used or you'll get a compile error from the address compiler.

These qualifiers can also be used on the OPENCALLS, CLOSEDCALLS and
SERVICE-CONTRACTS addresses.

The mail I received on the customer system had the following;

    #1           7-APR-1997 15:02:41.26                                  NEWMAIL
