3580.0. "clearVISN with GS/ATM - ft questions" by RDMCS3::STUART (Scott Stuart - NPB SE - 410.315.9954) Mon Jun 03 1996 13:20

I installed clearVISN X10_14_32B - for WIN95 and have few questions.
The GS/F works great, the GS/A interface is not complete.

I installed router manager, multichassis manager, flash loader

router manager - needed a password and did not see any place to enter
    one, or a default.

    1) Is there a default username/password or is there a special license
    I must have?

    2) multichassis manager - GS/ATM

        for traffic summary -
a.) only displays ports 1.1-3.2, while we have cards in slots 1-4, so we
    should have 1.1-4.4.
Is there a way to expand this window or start at a higher slot?

b.) all counters are 0 - is this because of the problem with the GS/A
    mib counter ifinoctets?
Will this be fixed in the released version of clearVISN or a later version
    or GS/ATM firmware or clearVISN?

    	port display

c.) all active links are labeled NNI links while we have 1 NNI and
the rest are end system links (router ports).
The incative links are shown correctly.
The true NNI link also shows the ip address of the upstream GS/A
    which is nice.
