Whilst monitoring a misbehaving concentrator 900MX in a DEChub900 I found that
the Reset count for the concentrator did not increment after several crashes
unless the Refresh button on the display was pushed. This happened several times.

Hubwatch is V4.0.1, the concentrator is at V3.1.1.

Is this expected behaviour, and if so are there other counters which don't
increment through polling?
