    counts in:
    
    Receive Frames Discarded	(ifInDiscards)
    Receive Errors		(ifInErrors)
    Transmit Frames Discarded	(ifOutDiscards)
    Transmit Errors		(ifOutErrors)
    
    Can anyone explain when these counters are incremented?
    Are any of the above counters indication of problems and potential
