 I need to respond to a govt. prime about the use of aluminum electrolytic
capacitors.

The questions are as follows:

1)  Do the above items contain aluminum electrolytic capacitors?  If yes, 
    answer questions 2 - 4.

2)  What is the recommended shelf life of the ordered material if it is not 
    powered up periodically to charge (reform) the electrolytic capacitors?

3)  What is the recommended frequency and procedure for reforming the 
    electrolytic capacitors?

4)  What is the recommended shelf life of the material if the electrolytics are 
    reformed according to recommendations?

I called DECsale and they told me the first question would be Yes.
