2722.0. "Suggestion for Terminal Server setup." by NAC::LICAUSE () Thu Sep 07 1995 12:23
If this has not already been proposed, I would like to suggest that
the switch to the far left hand side of the terminal server detail
window that allows the options of LOCAL, DYNAMIC, NETWORK, NO ACCESS,
be enhanced by providing a series of characteristics to be set for
each of these options.
For example, a further popup or other window could be brought up that
would give all possible settings or a subset for a port and these
options could be selected using a check box. Once set, these buttons
could be used to completely set all options for a particular port.
Today, if you want to setup a port for a printer, for example, the
switch is set to NETWORK, but this only changes the parameter ACCESS.
It would be great if a single button click could change all needed
parameters.
