I want to find out if there is a current version of the DECagent User
Information guide - the only one I can find is for firmware version 1.1
which is very out of date (says you still need a DECbridge, menu options
are wrong etc). Can anyone help with this?
Also, for the DECswitch 900EE and EF, apart from the physical install
guide, is there any user manual, e.g. to help a customer understand
filtering etc?
I have directed this customer to on-line HUBwatch help, but more
documentation/configuration-info on the finer points of bridging
and switching would be much appreciated.

Hi, Jeannie, I don't know of a DECagent User Information guide, but the latest "DECagent 90 Installation and Configuration" manual might be able to help. The part number is EK-DENMA-IN. Thanks, Maureen - it will be great to have a switching guide.
The DECagent user information guide I was speaking of is the
EK-DENMA-UI. B01 (for DECagent 90 firmware version 1.1). A customer of
ours purchased a DECagent a couple of weeks ago with current firmware,
but it was shipped with this out-of-date manual.
Can you give me a pointer to where I can download the manual that you
mentioned?
