    Hello,
    
    A customer that ordered some DETMI-AI (Italian version of the DETMI 
    stand alone) has received the modules with the wrong back cover
    (H0342-AA instead of H0342-BA)
    
    How is it possible?
    
    Could somebody tell me if this is due to the fact that the H0342-BA 
    is in maintenance (seen on PAXCS)?
    
    That customer want to send back to Digital all the modules if we are 
    not able to give him what he has ordered.
    
    Please help me
