1573.0. "When per-port switching repeaters?" by TKOV51::HAYAKAWA (Kouhei Hayakawa, NPB/MS, Osaka HUB6F) Fri Oct 14 1994 05:21

When are the following repeaters available?

		DECrepeater900TP
		DECrepeater900CP
		DECrepeater900GP

I need per-port switching repeater module.
And when is HUBwatch V4.0 available?
I think that we need HUBwatch V4.0 to use these port
	switching modules.

        Thanks and Regards,
	Kohei

I talked with Vern who indicated that it is likely to be field test in
March with volume ship in April. (aarugh) WE NEED IT NOW! (from what
I see it's the last really 'gotcha' after the token thing support which
(i hope) gets fixed in December.)

    Aarugh,

Let's make sure they're aware of the customer's needs next week
in Dallas. I sold, or should say "had to sell" 4 900CP's to a
customer in April. It means that it will be 1 year before they
get the modules. Yes, they had the PID, etc. but their entire plant
in 10Base2 and they need 6 Ethernets on each floor.
