Will the following config work -

    	,--------------------, ,-------------------,
    	| 9 | 9 | 9 | | | 9 | 9 | 9 | |
    	| 0 | 0 | 0 | |------------------| 0 | 0 | 0 | |
    	| T | T | T | | 10Base2	| T | T | T | |
    	| | | L | | | | | L | |
    	`--------------------' `-------------------'
          |
          | 10BaseT
          |
          | DEChub 90 #3
    	,--------------------,
    	| 9 | 9 | 9 | |
    	| 0 | 0 | 0 | |
    	| T | T | T | |
    	| | | L | |
    	`--------------------'

Can anyone point out if any configuration rules have been violated ?

    Regards,
    Gupta

As long as the 10B2 is <= 55 meters and the 10BT is <= 100 meters,
everything is ok. You have 4 segments of which 1 is coax and 4
repeaters between nodes on Hub #2 and Hub #3 (worst case path).

This config now works. We were trying with a wrong cable.

The UTP cable linking HUB #1 and #3 needs to be cross.

    Thanks for the help.
